|U.S. Marshals Searching for Missing Persons|
Bossev, 20, and Benjamin Rhines, 15, are both missing persons and are
believed to be traveling together since their disappearance from upstate
New York on Nov. 2, 2015. Both Bossev and Rhines are listed as missing
persons in the National Crime Information Center (NCIC). Rhines is also
listed as a missing child on the National Center for Missing and
Exploited Children (NCMEC) website, NCMEC# 1257453 (http://www.missingkids.com/poster/NCMC/1257453/1/screen).
In July, an observant citizen in Battle Creek, Michigan, reported seeing Rhines after reviewing the NCMEC webpage; however, his whereabouts are currently unknown. Bossev is a 5-foot-8 white male weighing approximately 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Rhines is a 5-foot-8 white male weighing approximately 120 pounds with brow n hair and green eyes.
