On June 16, 2016, the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force and other law enforcement agencies arrested Gibson in the 900 block of Eisenhower Blvd in Harrisburg, PA without incident. Gibson was wanted by the York City Police Department for burglary, aggravated assault, robbery and possession of firearm prohibited.
