Casper, WY - Members of the United States Marshals Service Wyoming Fugitive Task Force (WFTF), along with members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and Casper Police Department arrested fugitive Delvin Conrad Red Eagle, 24, on charges of 2nd Degree Homicide.

The case originates out of the District of Montana where the fugitive allegedly murdered his spouse with a hunting rifle near Glasgow, Montana.
