Homicide Suspect Captured by Wyoming Fugitive Task Force
Casper, WY - Members of the United States Marshals Service Wyoming Fugitive Task Force (WFTF), along with members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and Casper Police Department arrested fugitive Delvin Conrad Red Eagle, 24, on charges of 2nd Degree Homicide.

The case originates out of the District of Montana where the fugitive allegedly murdered his spouse with a hunting rifle near Glasgow, Montana. After the issuance of the arrest warrant, Red Eagle fled to Wyoming. The investigation revealed Red Eagle was possibly hiding with family in the Casper area. After surveillance positively identified the fugitive at the residence, law enforcement officers approached the address and took Red Eagle into custody without incident. Red Eagle is currently awaiting extradition back to the District of Montana.
