One of New Mexico’s Top 15 Most Dangerous Wanted Fugitives Arrested
by U.S. Marshals Task Force and Las Cruces Police Gang Task Force
 

Las Cruces, NM - On April 7, 2016, members of the South West Investigative Fugitive Task Force, along with members of the Las Cruces Gang Task Force located wanted subject, Julian Jesus Garcia (41 year old male) on the 2500 block of N, Main Street. Garcia was in fugitive status since March and was wanted for a parole violation and for failure to comply with conditions of probation. Garcia’s original charges were Negligent Arson, Tampering with Evidence, Aggravated Battery/Great Bodily Harm Against a House Hold Member, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Conspiracy to Commit Delinquency of a Minor, all in the State of New Mexico.

While being placed under arrest, officers also located a personal amount of narcotics in Garcia’s possession. Garcia was transported and booked in at the Dona Ana County Detention Center and is facing additional felony charges for Possession of a Controlled Substance /Amphetamines.
