Harrisburg, PA - United States Marshal Martin Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Fugitive Task Force arrested two brothers, Derek Pelker, 26, and Keith Pelker, 27, in Derry Township, PA.

On April 8, 2016, the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force and other law enforcement agencies arrested Derek and Keith Pelker near the intersection of Arebea Avenue and Hillcrest Road in Derry Township. Derek Pelker was wanted by the Pennsylvania State Police for bank robbery based upon a warrant issued on October 8, 2015. At the time of arrest, both fugitives were in a vehicle and a traffic stop was initiated. Both were arrested without incident and turned over to local authorities (Derry Township Police) pending prosecution.

United States Marshal Martin Pane stated, “The U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force will continue to work with our law enforcement partners to locate and apprehend those who are wanted for serious crimes. Our communities will not be a safe haven.”
