Virginia Suspect Arrested in Biscoe, NC by U.S. Marshals

Biscoe, NC – On the afternoon of March 17, 2014 at 2:00 PM, Francisco Reza, a 24 year old, Hispanic Male, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force (JFTF). Reza was wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service in the Eastern District of Virginia for Conspiracy to Distribute Cocaine. Reza was indicted as part of a multi-defendant Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) investigation conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

As JFTF members approached the mobile home residence, Reza fled out the rear door, and was apprehended about one hundred yards later in an adjacent yard off of Highway 220 Alternate.
Reza was booked into the Guilford County Detention Center and had his initial appearance on Tuesday in Federal court in front of Magistrate Judge Joe Webster.

The U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force for the Middle District of North Carolina is comprised of investigators from the U.S. Marshals Service, Chapel Hill Police Department, Durham Police Department, Greensboro Police Department, High Point Police Department, Winston-Salem Police Department, Alamance County Sheriff’s Office, the North Carolina State Highway Patrol and the North Carolina Department of Public Safety.
