Waco Capital Murder Suspects in Custody

LSFTF LogoWaco, TX – Texavia Rashun Ervin, 23, was arrested today by the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in Waco. Ervin was arrested by Task Force members in the 3200 block of north 25th street in Waco.

Ervin was wanted on a Capital Murder warrant obtained by the Waco Police Department’s Special Crimes Unit for his involvement in the October 2013 shooting death of 44 year old Leslie David Lee.

Investigators determined that on 26 Oct 2013, Lee was shot during a drug deal by two men armed with handguns at the Lafayette Apartments on Ethel Ave in Waco.

On 3 Feb 2014, the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force also arrested Danny Lee Boyd in the 1900 block of Reuter Ave. Boyd was also wanted for his involvement in the shooting death of Leslie David Lee.

Both arrestees were booked into the McLennan County Jail.
