Man Wanted for Burglary Being Sought by U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force

Justin CollierConcord, NH – The U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance in locating fugitive Justin Collier,22, whose last known address was in Rochester, NH. Collier is being sought on an outstanding arrest warrant for probation violations related to an original conviction and sentence for burglary, and is a suspect in additional burglaries in the area. Collier is known to have family, friends and associates in throughout the seacoast area, and Rochester, NH.

Justin Collier is a white male, 5’10”, 160 pounds, Brown hair, and Blue eyes. Collier has several tattoos, including tattoos on his Upper Left Arm - Initials, Upper Right Arm - Skull, Right Forearm – “One Heart”, Left Forearm, Chest and Neck. Collier has also used the name, Justin Marchulaitis in the past.

We are hopeful that someone will provide information as to the location of Collier. If you know of the whereabouts or have observed a person that resembles Collier, please contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in New Hampshire at (603) 225-1632, or your local police.

Since the inception of the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force in 2002, these partnerships have resulted in over 5,523 arrests. These arrests have ranged in seriousness from murder, assault, unregistered sex offenders, probation and parole violations and numerous other serious offenses. Nationally the United States Marshals Service fugitive programs are carried out with local law enforcement in 94 district offices, 85 local fugitive task forces, 7 regional task forces, as well as a growing network of offices in foreign countries.
