One State Away Isn't Far Enough For Marshals

Farmington, NM – On August 7, 2013, the San Juan Magistrate Court in Farmington, NM, issued a warrant for London Pete’s arrest charging him with Criminal Sexual Exploitation of Children (8 counts). The United States Marshals Service for the District of New Mexico-Farmington office was asked to assist in locating and apprehending Pete. Deputy Marshals in Farmington developed information that Pete was in Denver, CO. Being a nationwide Federal agency, Deputies in Farmington contacted Deputies in Denver and asked for assistance in following up on information that was developed. On August 19, 2013, United States Marshals in Denver, Colorado took London Pete in custody. Pete is awaiting extradition back to Farmington, NM.
