U.S. Marshals, Along with Other Law Enforcement Officials, Arrest Alleged Child Rapist

Las Cruces, NM – Late last night, a team of law enforcement officers made up of Deputy United States Marshals, Carlsbad Police Officers, Drug Enforcement Administration Agents, Las Cruces Police Officers, Truth Or Consequences Police Officers, and Sierra County Investigators, arrested Jordan Dennis, in Truth or Consequences, NM. Dennis was arrested for Criminal Sexual Penetration of a Minor. The charges stem from allegations that Dennis raped a 6 year old boy between November and December in 2012. The warrant was issued by the Carlsbad Police Department and carried a million dollar cash bond. Dennis is known to law enforcement officers as a member of the Bandidos Motorcycle Gang. Investigators believe there are additional victims and are continuing and expanding their investigation in southern New Mexico.
