Super Bowl Sunday Leads to Super Arrest

Roswell, NM – Yesterday evening just prior to the start of the Super Bowl, United States Marshals and Roswell Police Officers arrested New Mexico’s Most Wanted Violent Gang Offender, Jeremy Conde. Conde is a known member of the Crazy Town Roswell (CTR) gang and because of his violent criminal history he was placed on the top of the Marshals Service New Mexico’s Most Wanted.

Sunday afternoon, U.S. Marshals received a tip that Conde was staying with a female in the 1500 block of Hendricks Street in Roswell, NM. A team of law enforcement officers made up of U.S. Marshals, Roswell Police Officers, and an FBI agent, responded to the home. Conde was found hiding in a hidden space in the kitchen. Conde was taken into custody without incident. Conde is on Federal Probation for an arrest for being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Carjacking. United States Marshal Service Chief Deputy Alex Ramos said “The members of the South West Investigative Fugitive Team (SWIFT) task force and those that partner with our SWIFT will continue to work to make our communities a safer place by taking dangerous criminals off of the street.”
