District News: May 04, 2016 - The U.S. States Marshals Service Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force, Altoona Police Department and the Blair County Sheriff’s Office arrested fugitive Brian Anthony Ray II. Ray was charged by the Wilkinsburg Police Department on April 29, 2015 with Carrying a Firearm without a License, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance, Recklessly Endangering another Person and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer.
