Christopher BrisbornFugitive of the Week: Christopher Brisborn - The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest fugitive, Christopher Brisborn. Brisborn is being sought on a Manchester PD arrest warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. Mr. Brisborn is required to register as a sex offender due to a 2004 conviction for Indecent Exposure and Lewdness involving a minor. Brisborn was last known to live on Amherst St in Manchester, NH. Brisborn also has strong ties to Swampscott, MA and the surrounding areas.
