Meghan Elizabeth Donnelly - The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has been requested to assist in the location and arrest of Strafford & Carroll County fugitive, Meghan Elizabeth Donnelly. Donnelly is wanted on two outstanding warrants. The first was issued by Strafford County for Failing to Appear on a charge of Possession with Intent to Distribute Controlled Drugs. The second warrant was recently issued by Carroll County for Failing to Appear on a Drug Possession charge. Donnelly was last known to reside in the Wakefield, NH where she has family, friends and associates. |
