Stephen Gingras (Captured)Fugitive of the Week: Stephen Gingras - The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has been requested to locate and arrest Salem Police Department fugitive, Stephen Gingras. Gingras is being sought on an outstanding arrest warrant for a Bank Robbery that he is alleged to have committed at the Citizen’s Bank inside of Shaw’s Supermarket in Salem, NH on August 18, 2016.  Gingras is also believed to be in possession of a firearm and should definitely be considered ARMED & DANGEROUS.  Gingras was last known to reside in Manchester, NH, where he has friends, family and associates.  Additionally, Gingras has ties throughout Southern NH and Northern Massachusetts.
