District News:  June, 23, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service-led task force in the Eastern District of North Carolina arrested a man wanted in Arizona for violating the terms of his period of supervised release following a federal conviction for illegal re-entry of a removed alien. U.S. Marshals investigators in Arizona developed information that indicated Omar Vasquez-Roman was possibly in North Carolina and requested the assistance of the Eastern District of North Carolina Violent Fugitive Task Force.  Read More
