- U.S. Marshal Mark S. James, Western District of Missouri, announced today that a violent fugitive’s run from the law came to an end in downtown Kansas City. The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office had charged Tom Rickey II with two counts of felony assault in the third degree and felony property damage from an incident in Osage Beach.  Read More
