September 13, 2016 - Maleek Lashawn Hughes was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task force on September 12, 2016. Hughes is a Topeka, KS resident wanted for a Violation of Conditions of Supervised Release. Hughes was also wanted by the Topeka Police Department for a shooting incident which occurred on August 28, 2016 at the Kwik Shop in Topeka.
July 19, 2016 - John C. Bradshaw was arrested by the US Marshals Fugitive Task force on July 19, 2016. Bradshaw is a Topeka resident wanted by the Kansas Department of Corrections for a violation of parole. A warrant was issued for his arrest on June 30, 2016.
June 01, 2016 - Deangelo Martinez, aka “Lethal”, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Martinez is a Topeka resident wanted by the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office for one count of Murder in the first degree. A warrant was issued for his arrest on April 11, 2016, but Martinez fled the state of Kansas to avoid prosecution.
May 11, 2016 - Michelle Antoinette Filby was arrested today in Torrance, California. Filby was wanted by the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office for Second Degree Murder.
February 29, 2016 - The manhunt for Bryan Levi Bridges, one of Kansas’ most wanted fugitives, is finally over. Bridges was located and arrested in Juarez, Mexico on Sunday. The fugitive is wanted for First-Degree Murder, Aggravated Burglary, and Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Robbery during an October 2014 home invasion in Pittsburg, Kansas, where a victim was killed.
February 08, 2016 - Today, Johnathan Davion Mango was arrested in St. Louis, Missouri. Mango was wanted by the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office for second degree Murder. A warrant was recently issued for Mango’s arrest for a murder which occurred in Topeka, KS back in March of 2006.
December 18, 2015 - U.S. Marshals arrested James Vincent Frank Bray, a Maryland man wanted by the Charles County Maryland Sheriff’s Office. Bray was wanted on several charges including: Sex Offense in the First Degree, Sex Abuse with a Minor, Rape, Assault, and Sodomy.
December 15, 2015 - The family of 3-year-old Ellix Williams is breathing a sigh of relief after U.S. Marshals found and rescued the missing toddler who had disappeared more than a year ago from Wichita. He and his mother Jancyne Lacey Williams, who allegedly took Ellix in September 2014 during a custody dispute, were found in Atlanta, Georgia – more than 900 miles from home.
December 11, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals and the State of Kansas are seeking the public’s help in locating Bryan Levi Bridges, one of Kansas’ most wanted fugitives. Bridges is wanted for First-Degree Murder, Aggravated Burglary, and Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Robbery during a home invasion where a victim was killed.
July 24, 2015 - Charles Dean Brown was captured by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force after escaping from the Jackie Brannon Correctional Center in McAlester, Oklahomahoma. Brown was serving time for Possession of a Firearm and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.
June 24, 2015 - Today, Michael Guerrero was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Guerrero is a Topeka, KS resident wanted by the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office for one count of Attempted Murder.
May 14, 2015 - Today, Dominique Coward was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task force in Topeka, KS. Coward is wanted by the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office for three counts of Aggravated Robbery.
April 24, 2015 - U.S. Marshals arrested Leslie D. Pruitt last night at the Hooker Inn located in Hooker, Oklahomahoma. Pruitt was wanted by the Wichita Police Department for Attempted Second Degree Murder, Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
April 20, 2015 - U.S. Marshals recently arrested a Kansas woman at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport for a 2009 murder. Eman Emad Malkawi was wanted on a first-degree Murder warrant stemming from the February 2009 killing of Andres Arteaga-Vega in Topeka.
April 13, 2015 - U.S. Marshals arrested Corey Brian Harrell Sr., a Kansas resident wanted by the Russell Police Department. Harrell was wanted on 3 counts of Rape, 8 counts of aggravated criminal sodomy, and 2 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. A warrant was issued for his arrest in December of 2013, but Harrell left the state of Kansas to avoid prosecution.
January 27, 2015 - Richard Francis Krebs was arrested in Omaha, NE on January 27, 2015. Krebs, who was wanted by the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office since January 22, 2015, is charged with two counts of Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child, and Lewd Fondling with a Child (under 14).
January 22, 2015 - Tremain Vaughn Scott was arrested in Topeka, KS on January 21, 2015. Scott was wanted by the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office and by the Missouri Department of Corrections for a Parole Violation since August 2014.
