is responsible for locating and apprehending federal, state and local
fugitives in the
Western Division of the Northern District of Illinois. The
Western Division comprises of the counties of Boone, Carroll, De
Kalb, Jo Daviess, Lee, McHenry, Ogle, Stephenson, Whiteside, and
