November 26, 2007 - 15 Most Wanted Capture - Less than one month after being named one of the U.S. Marshal’s 15 Most Wanted, fugitive Nelson “Boo” Youngblood is now behind bars thanks to a relentless law enforcement effort that spanned state lines. Youngblood, 37, was charged with the brutal murder of Keisha Avery, 35, on May 19, 2007 in Shreveport, LA.

Know is wanted by the Louisiana Office of Probation and Parole for violations of his probation.

Payne is wanted by the Eeast Feliciana Parish Prison for a 2003 escape. Payne also has a warrant for conditions of his Louisiana probation. Payne was last seen in Mexico of 2007.

Stephens is wanted by the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office for several sex related offenses. The offenses were committed in 2000 against a juvenile. Stephens has been on the run for over 7 years and is beleived to be in the Mobile, Alabama area.

October 25, 2007 - 15 Most Wanted Capture - One of the U.S. Marshals 15 Most Wanted Fugitives, escaped murderer Richard Lee McNair, was taken into custody in Canada today due to the determination – and stamina – of a pair of officers with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). McNair, who had been spotted several times in Canada since his escape from a Louisiana prison in April 2006, was pulled over by RCMP officers this morning on a traffic stop in Campbellton, New Brunswick.
