Robert Almonte, 52, is the Executive Director of the Texas Narcotic Officers Association as well as the owner of a law enforcement training/consultant company, Narcotics Training Specialists.  Mr. Almonte worked for the El Paso Texas Police Department, from 1978-2003, and rose through the ranks to Deputy Chief of the Major Crimes Bureau.  Mr. Almonte received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Park University in 2002.
