Noel C. March, to be United States Marshal for the District of Maine

Noel March has served as the Chief of Police/Director of the University of Maine, Department of Public Safety and Transportation since 2002. From 1998-2002 he was Director of the Maine Regional Community Policing Institute. Mr. March was Assistant Vice President of the MBNA America Bank/MBNA New England from 1993 to 1998. He also served as Chief Deputy Sheriff of Cumberland County, Maine, from 1991 to 1993. Mr. March graduated cum laude with a bachelor of science degree from the University of New England in 1998.
