Albuquerque, NM – Yesterday afternoon, United States Marshals from the Nevada Fugitive Investigative Strike Team (FIST) task force arrested Gujuan Fusilier. Fusilier had active felony warrants for Parole and Probation Violations issued by the New Mexico Department of Corrections – Adult Probation and Parole. His underlying charges were aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and child abuse not resulting in great bodily harm or death. Fusilier was listed as armed and dangerous; and was later added to their Most Wanted list. Last week, Fusilier was added to the District of New Mexico’s Most Wanted list for being a violent fugitive gang member. Fusilier was known to law enforcement officers as being a member of the Crip gang operating in the Albuquerque metro area.
