United States Marshal Martin J. Pane stated, “Our top priority is to arrest violent offenders, especially those who use guns against our citizens. This arrest takes a murder suspect off the street. It is my sincere hope that this will bring the two victims some measure of justice.”

The USMS worked jointly in this investigation with officers from the York City Police Department, York County Sheriff’s Department, York County District Attorney’s Office, Adams County Sheriff’s Department, Latimore Township Police Department, and the Pennsylvania State Police Fugitive Unit.
