Albuquerque, NM – United States Marshals
from the South West Investigative Fugitive Team (SWIFT) task force arrested
former Maine State Prosecutor, Assistant Attorney General, James Cameron, in
Albuquerque earlier today. United States Marshals from Maine’s Violent
Offender Task Force developed information Cameron was in New Mexico.
Deputies in Maine immediately sent the information to NM and the search for
Cameron in the Albuquerque metro area began. Cameron was observed by
Deputies entering a local store in the 6000 block of Coors Blvd NW, on
Albuquerque’s Westside. U. S. Marshals surrounded the store and the former
