| U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force Captures Squirrel Hill Bank Robbery Suspect |

Pittsburgh, PA – United States Marshal
Steve Frank announces the arrest of Squirrel Hill bank robbery suspect
Joseph Francis Guiney. Guiney, age 33, was arrested this morning at
approximately 10:00 am by the United States Marshals Western Pennsylvania
Fugitive Task Force (WPAFTF). Guiney, was identified by the Pittsburgh
Bureau of Police as a suspect in both the March 27, 2012, bank robbery of
the First National Bank, located in the 4300 block of Murray Avenue and also
the October 31, 2012 bank robbery of the First Niagara Bank in the 200 block
of Murray Avenue and had obtained warrants for his arrest . Guiney is also a
