| Gulf Coast Task Force Captures 3 Subjects on Charges of Aggravated Kidnapping |

Laredo, TX - On October 17, 2012 the
Gulf Coast Violent Offender and Fugitive Task Force (GCVOFTF) arrested
Aggravated Kidnapping subjects Carlos Oswaldo Zambrano (27), Romero Hinojosa
Jr., (48), and Abraham Linares (23). The three subjects were wanted as a
result of them absconding from the Webb County Court House on October 16,
2012 during a recess of a court appearance. The original incident of
Aggravated Kidnapping occurred on May 2, 2012, when all subjects were
allegedly involved in the kidnapping of a male subject at gun point from his
residence. The GCVOFTF conducted their investigation and after a long
intensive search; the 3 subjects were tracked and apprehended in the early
morning at various locations throughout the Laredo area. All three subjects
