| U.S. Marshals Task Force Captures Pennsylvania Fugitive |

Pensacola, FL – The U.S. Marshals Florida Regional
Fugitive Task Force arrested a Pennsylvania man wanted for a parole violation on
a 6 year prison sentence he served for aggravated assault with a handgun.
Devaughn Anthony Coad, 34, was captured at 3:30 p.m. this afternoon by task
force officers from the Marshals, Escambia County Sheriff’s Office and the
Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Coad was arrested at a tire repair shop
near the intersection of Pipeline Road and Michigan Avenue in Pensacola. Task
Force members were doing surveillance on a house on the 1000 Block of Rainbow
Avenue when Coad left the home on a motorcycle. The Task Force followed Coad for
several miles before he pulled into the repair shop. The Marshals Task Force was
able to subdue him without incident. Coad was brought to the Escambia County
