Las Cruces, NM – Thursday March 22, 2012, The United States Marshals Service in New Mexico added Jose Martinez 39, to their Most Wanted list. Martinez is wanted for charges involving first degree kidnapping and aggravated battery against a household member with a deadly weapon.

Martinez has a criminal history involving numerous arrests for Assault, Possession of Marijuana, Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Robbery. Martinez is 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 138 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Martinez is believed to be homeless and without a vehicle, and may still be in the Anthony, NM area.
