Las
Cruces, NM – The United States Marshals Service placed
Juan Medina,
23, and his brother
Arturo Medina, 24, on the New Mexico’s Most Wanted list. The Medina brothers
are Sureno gang members both with violent criminal histories. In November during
a fight, the brothers stabbed the victim and then beat him with brass knuckles.
In the past 5 years, the Medina brothers have close to 40 contacts with law
enforcement officers in Texas and NM. Their law enforcement contacts have
resulted in arrests for: Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Assault, Simple Battery,
Simple Assault, Shooting at/from a Motor Vehicle, Arson, Assault on a Law
Enforcement Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Engaging in Organized Criminal
Activity.
The United States Marshals Service is requesting your help in locating the Juan
and Arturo Medina. The brothers have a history of moving in between El Paso,
Texas and Las Cruces, NM. If you have any information regarding either fugitive
