| U.S. Marshals Arrest Florida Attempted Murder Suspect in Dublin, Ohio |

Columbus, OH – U.S. Marshal Cathy Jones of
the Southern District of Ohio announces the arrest of Ryan Hubbard, 32, of
Miramar, Florida. Hubbard was wanted by the Bal Harbour, Florida Police
Department for his alleged involvement in the attempted murder of two patrons of
Carpaccio’s Restaurant that occurred in the affluent community of Bal Harbour,
Florida on March 22, 2011. Marshal Jones stated, “The cooperation of law enforcement from Dublin, Ohio and Bal Harbour, Florida greatly assisted the U.S. Marshal’s Service in capturing this extremely dangerous fugitive. The diligence and swift action of all officers involved has brought this alleged attempted murderer to justice.”
