United States Marshals Service District of New Mexico Creates New Most Wanted Initiative

Albuquerque, NM – The United States Marshals Service District of New Mexico has implemented a new initiative to capture some of the most wanted fugitives in the state of New Mexico. The New Mexico’s Most Wanted program targets offenders at the local, state and federal levels in three distinct categories in which offenders are classified, Sexual offenders, Gang Offenders, and Violent offenders.

This enforcement initiative is an effort to collaborate, identify and apprehend the most wanted fugitives throughout New Mexico and reaffirms the commitment of the United States Marshals Service to target fugitives victimizing New Mexico Communities. U.S. Marshal Conrad Candelaria said “The Most Wanted Program is designed to respond at a local level to any geographic region or location to assist our law enforcement partners in apprehending some of New Mexico’s most violent and wanted fugitives.”
