|
Albuquerque, NM - This Halloween, the
United States Marshal Service, District of New Mexico, will be teaming up
with the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Department and State of New Mexico
Probation and Parole Office to conduct Registered Sex Offender address
verification, house checks, and random patrol. The Marshal’s Southwest
Investigative Fugitive Team (SWIFT) task force will be all over the state of
New Mexico, from the Albuquerque metro area to Las Cruces, NM. Law
Enforcement Officers will be knocking on doors to make sure Registered Sex
Offenders are in compliance with their probation. Halloween night has
special requirements and restrictions Sex Offenders have to comply with.
United States Marshal Conrad E. Candelaria is pleased that the “United
States Marshals will team with our many law enforcement partners to ensure
our children stay safe at the shopping malls and many neighborhoods in our
community”. Additional information about the U.S. Marshals can be found at http://www.usmarshals.gov. |
