U.S. Marshals Arrest 2 Subjects Wanted for Murder

Wilmington, DE – The United States Marshals have arrested two subjects wanted for a murder that occurred during a home invasion robbery on November 4, 2009. The murder happened at a farmhouse in Chesapeake City, MD.

Investigators from the Cecil County Sheriffs identified four subjects involved in the homicide. Two subjects were arrested on February 25, 2010. Joel Milburn, 20 and Seth Jedlicka, 17 remained at large.

U.S. Marshals were assisting Cecil County Sheriffs in trying to locate Milburn and Jedlicka. Cecil County investigators developed information that the two suspects were in Miami, Florida. Marshals from the Florida/Caribbean Task Force determined that the subjects were staying at the Motel Blanco located at 5255 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL. At approximately 9:00 pm on Monday evening, the Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Milburn and Jedlicka in a motel room without incident.

Both subjects are being held at the Miami- Dade County Jail pending extradition to Maryland.
