For Immediate Release

East St. Louis, IL – The U.S. Marshals Service is currently seeking Rodney Lamont Brown, Thomas Artin Glaab, and Miguel Robles-Moya, federal prisoners who escaped today from the Tri-County Detention Center in Ullin, IL. No details on their method of escape are available at this time.

Brown was being held on federal charges as a felon in possession of a weapon; Glaab was being held on charges of possession of methamphetamine; and Robles-Moya was being held on immigration charges. According to U.S. Marshal Don Slazinik, apprehension of these fugitives is a top priority.

The fugitives are described as:

Rodney Brown is a 35 year old black male with black hair and brown eyes who is 5-foot 7-inches tall, weighs 165 pounds. His last known address was in Alton, IL, and he is considered armed and dangerous.  Additional Photo
 

Thomas Glaab is a 28 year old white male with brown hair and brown eyes who is 6-foot 3-inches tall, weighs 180 pounds. His last known address was in Anna, IL, and he is considered armed and dangerous.  Additional Photo

Miguel Robles-Moya is a 35 year old Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes who is 5-foot 8-inches tall, weighs 180 pounds. His last known address was in Chicago and he is considered armed and dangerous.  Additional Photo

These fugitive are to be considered armed and dangerous and under no circumstances should members of the public attempt to apprehend these fugitives.
