| U.S. Marshals Arrest Fugitive Wanted for Murder |

Wilmington, DE – The United States
Marshals have arrested a Newark area man who was wanted by New Castle County
Police for murder and related charges. The Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Khary Knight, 21 of Newark who was indicted for a murder that occurred on July 28, 2009 at the Georgetown Manor Apartments near New Castle. Marshals received information Knight was staying with family on the 100 block of Hawk Drive, Raven Glen, Newark. At approximately 10:30 am on Wednesday, police set up surveillance and saw Khary Knight come out the house and go into a minivan. Knight was taken into custody without incident. The Marshals First State Fugitive Task Force is comprised of Deputy United States Marshals and officers from the Delaware State Police, Delaware State Probation and Parole and the New Castle County and Wilmington Police Departments.
