Concord, NH – The U.S. Marshals – New
Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is pleased to announce the arrest of
fugitives Beau Murray; John Boisvert; and Timothy Gray. All three of these
fugitives that were arrested were previously featured as U.S. Marshals/WTPL-FM
‘Fugitive’s of the Week.’
In August 2007, the U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force partnered with FM radio station WTPL to host an on-air feature called the ‘Fugitive of the Week.’ This program is aired each Thursday at 7:40 a.m.; during which a new fugitive is featured. After the broadcast a copy of the U.S. Marshals - ‘Fugitive of the Week’ wanted poster is uploaded to the internet and is available at: http://www.usmarshals.gov/district/nh/fugitives/fow The three arrests are as follows: On November 17, fugitive Beau Murray was arrested by members of the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Murray was arrested on seven outstanding warrants issued out of four counties and two states (Hillsborough County; Strafford County; Carroll County; Cheshire County, as well as two Massachusetts warrants. Murray’s warrants were for probation violations and thefts. On November 19, fugitive John Boisvert was arrested by members of the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force in Laconia, NH. Boisvert was arrested on a State of NH Parole Violation stemming from a 1997 conviction for Felonious Sexual Assault; as well as for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Most recently on November 24, Maine State Police fugitive Timothy Gray contacted the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force after being featured as a U.S. Marshals Fugitive of the Week. Gray wanted to arrange for his surrender on the outstanding warrants. Gray did surrender to the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force and was arrested on the outstanding Maine State Police arrest warrants alleging Robbery and Home Invasion. Gray was subsequently turned over to the Sanford, ME Police Department for processing and holding pending his initial court appearance. “These three arrests demonstrate the vital role of the partnerships created by the U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force. Without the assistance of the public, WTPL, and our law enforcement partners this kind of success would not be possible” said U.S. Marshal David Cargill. |
