Local Men wanted by U.S. Marshals
Sioux City, Iowa - U. S. Marshals are searching for two Sioux City men who are charged with weapons  violations.

Justin Albertsen, has been charged with being a user of illegal drugs while being in possession of a firearm. Albertsen, 21, is described as 6' 00" tall and 230 pounds and has a large tattoo of "WSL 13" on the back of his neck.

Rocky Grimaldo, has been charged with being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, conspiracy to possess a firearm by a convicted felon and possession and conspiracy to possess a firearm with an obliterated serial number. Grimaldo, 24, is described as 5' 10' tall and 240 pounds. Grimaldo has numerous tattoos on his arms, chest and forearms.

Albertsen and Grimaldo are being sought through a joint effort with the Sioux City Police Department and the U.S. Marshals. The U.S. Marshals frequently provide assistance and expertise to state and local law enforcement agencies in support of a wide range of investigations. Working with authorities at the federal, state, and local levels, U.S. Marshals led fugitive task forces arrested more than 73,000 state and local fugitives, clearing 90,600 state and local felony warrants.

As with any criminal case, a charge is merely an accusation and a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
