|
The United States Marshals Service has arrested
a Wilmington man wanted for a murder that occurred in the City of Wilmington
during December. Wilmington Police were investigating a homicide of a man that occurred on December 10, 2008 at approximately 7:15 p.m. on the 600 block of Concord Ave., Wilmington. The investigation revealed Morris J. Hudson, 27 previously of 507 Shearman St., Wilmington was wanted for the homicide. Members of the United States Marshals First State Fugitive Task Force determined Hudson fled Delaware and was in the metropolitan Atlanta area. At approximately 4 p.m. on Wednesday, January 7, deputy marshals saw a subject matching the description of Hudson wearing a Phillies baseball hat in the Aspen Woods Apartments on the 3300 block of Flat Shoals Rd., Decatur, GA. Police quickly confronted Hudson and arrested him without incident. Hudson is being detained in the Dekalb County Jail pending extradition to Delaware. |
