U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force Arrested Gang
Member for Sexual Battery and Burglary
 
Jonnetrich Price, 17, of Perry, FL was wanted by the Perry Police Department for the offense of Sexual Battery by using Threat of Deadly Weapon and Burglary of a Dwelling. These charges stem from an incident that occurred in Perry, FL on November 15, 2008. Price has previously been adjudicated as an adult and is associated with the Cashville Gang, a criminal street gang in Perry, Florida. The Perry Police Department contacted the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force with information that Price may have fled Taylor County and asked for assistance with the case.

On November 19, 2008, members of the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force located Price while he was hiding in the closet of a residence in the 1500 block of Ridgeway Street in Tallahassee. Price was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Leon County Jail where he will await extradition back to Perry, FL.

The United States Marshals Service spearheads the North Florida Violent Fugitive Task Force which is comprised of law enforcement officers from the U.S. Marshals Service, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Tallahassee Police Department, the Leon County Sheriff’s Office, Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office, Taylor County Sheriff’s Office and the Gadsden County Sheriffs Office
