July 28, 2015 - The Northern Nevada’s U.S. Marshals led fugitive task force, with assistance from the Regional Sex Offender Notification Unit and Reno Police Department, arrested Nicholas M. Moss yesterday. Moss was arrested for an outstanding first degree Sexual Assault warrant issued by Sarpy County, Nebraska.


July 28, 2015 - The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force comprised of members from the U.S. Marshals Service, West Virginia State Police, Shepherdstown Police Department, Martinsburg Police Department, Charles Town Police Department, Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, West Virginia Department of Corrections and members of the Marshals New York/New Jersey Fugitive Task Force arrested Patrick Zephir, who is wanted for Murder in New York City.


July 24, 2015 - 15 Most Wanted Capture - An island paradise proved to be the final destination for 15 Most Wanted fugitive J’Wa Charlery when the Royal Virgin Island Police Force located and arrested him Thursday in Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Charlery is wanted by the Richmond, VA Police Department for allegedly murdering Eboniece Escobar on Nov. 2, 2014, in a Richmond hotel.


July 24, 2015 - Charles Dean Brown was captured by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force after escaping from the Jackie Brannon Correctional Center in McAlester, Oklahoma. Brown was serving time for Possession of a Firearm and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.


July 24, 2015 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Charles Sally, Jr., was arrested without incident in Lowell, Massachusetts by members of the Lowell Police Department. Sally was being sought on an outstanding arrest warrant for a Parole Violation out of New Hampshire. Sally was on parole as a result of a conviction and sentence for 1st Degree Assault.


July 23, 2015 - Zachary Lincoln McAdams was arrested last night by members of the United States Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Goliad County 24th District Attorney’s Office in Victoria, TX, where it is alleged that McAdams committed Child Abandonment and Endangerment.


July 22, 2015 - Jennifer Nicole Johnson was arrested this evening by members of the United States Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the San Antonio Police Department, where it is alleged that Johnson committed Murder.


July 22, 2015 - Shantel Johnson was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force and San Antonio Police Department’s Repeat Offender Program Unit in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office in Pittsburg, PA, where it is alleged that Johnson committed 163 counts of Fraud.


July 22, 2015 - U.S. Marshal Amos Rojas Jr. announces the arrest of Matthew Thomas Foreman. Foreman was arrested today by U.S. Marshals in West Palm Beach on an outstanding arrest warrant from Columbus, Ohio. Foreman has been dubbed the “Monster Mobster” by law enforcement in Columbus, Ohio. Columbus Police say Foreman is alleged to have robbed several businesses while carrying a firearm in the Columbus, Ohio area during the month of June 2015.


July 22, 2015 - Yesterday, Reginald Lamont Bonilla was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Winston-Salem Street Crimes Unit. On July 16, 2015, warrants were issued for Bonilla by the Winston-Salem Police Department for Robbery with Dangerous Weapon, First Degree Burglary and Larceny after Breaking and Entering.


July 21, 2015 - The Texas Lions Camp and the U.S. Marshals Service will be teaming up this Thursday, July 23, 2015, in efforts to help make Camp Discovery 2015 a huge success. The Texas Lions Camp is a residential camping facility, located in Kerrville, designed for children with physical disabilities, type 1 diabetes, and cancer.


July 20, 2015 - This morning, Devon Tyshan Walker was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Greensboro Police Department’s Violent Criminal Apprehension Team. Walker was wanted by the Greensboro Police Department for Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.


July 20, 2015 - United States Marshal Pete Elliott and Adult Parole Regional Director Todd Ishee announce the closure of one of Ohio’s most violent fugitive warrants. Fugitive John Elmer Woodards was convicted of 1st Degree Murder and 1st Degree Rape of an 85 year-old female in Columbia Station, OH on January 31, 1964.


July 20, 2015 - On July 17, 2015, “Fugitive of the Week,” Richard Decelle, was arrested without incident in Ludlow, VT by members of the Vermont State Police, who are part of the VT Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Decelle was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for a Parole Violation. Decelle was on parole as a result of a conviction and sentence for Assault by strangulation.


July 20, 2015 - United States Marshal Robert W. Mathieson announces the capture of Phillip Ohman. Ohman was wanted out of Maricopa County, Arizona, on 11 felony fraud-related charges in which he claimed to be a Navy SEAL as part of a scam he allegedly ran in Arizona.


July 18, 2015 - Jeffrey Mendez and Shawn Smith were arrested yesterday by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force and the San Antonio Police Department’s Repeat Offender Program Unit in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Austin Police Department, where it is alleged that Mendez and Smith committed Capital Murder.


July 17, 2015 - Bryce Denzel Stanback was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the High Point Police Department. On June 04, 2015, an arrest warrant was taken out by the High Point Police Department charging Stanback with Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.


July 17, 2015 - Today, the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force (JFTF) arrested a Virginia fugitive on the run. Jeremy Deryle Saunders was arrested in Greensboro, NC when located by members of the JFTF. On March 29, 2015, it is alleged that Saunders shot another man six times in the abdomen and fled the Lynchburg, VA area.


July 16, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service and the Omaha Police held a press conference about a recently completed anti-gang operation. U.S. Marshal Mark Martinez and the Omaha Police Chief Todd Schmaderer discussed the joint operation “TGIF” in which members of the Metro Fugitive Task Force and Omaha Gang Unit worked side by side to address gang violence in the city of Omaha.


July 16, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of James Cunningham, who was wanted by the Colorado Springs Police Department for Assault in the First Degree – Attempt Homicide, Assault in the Second Degree, Assault in the Third Degree and Harassment.


July 16, 2015 - Thomas Stevenson and O’Shay Toney are accused of shooting and killing Marvin Ellis on May 31, 2015. Detectives with the Albuquerque Police Department Homicide and Gang unit believed Stevenson and Toney fled the state of New Mexico shortly after the alleged murder and contacted the U.S. Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force for assistance.


July 16, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force, in conjunction with various federal, state and local agencies, announce the successful conclusion of Operation Safe Neighborhood conducted this week in Brunswick and Columbus Counties.


July 16, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Vermont Violent Offender Task Force arrested a fugitive who was wanted for Escape. John Shambo, of Winooski, Vermont was arrested yesterday afternoon in Essex when confronted by Deputy U.S. Marshals and members of the Task Force.


July 15, 2015 - Yesterday morning, the U.S. Marshals led Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team, in conjunction with the Springfield Police Department, arrested homicide suspect Jerome Palmer.


July 15, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Richard Randall, who was wanted for failure to comply with registration of Sexual Offender requirements. Deputy U.S. Marshals, Lycoming County Sheriff’s and Williamsport Police Officers arrested Randall without incident in Williamsport, PA.


July 14, 2015 - This morning, the U.S. Marshal’s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested Mark Merritt. A Montgomery County grand jury indicted Merritt on Rape of a Child under 13. The charges stem from an incident that was reported in November of 2014.


July 13, 2015 - Robert Emanuel Napper was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force in Reidsville, NC. On June 10, 2015, warrants were issued by High Point Police Department for Breaking and Entering and Larceny after Breaking and Entering.


July 13, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Shawn Walker on charges of Criminal Homicide and other related offenses. Deputy U.S. Marshals and Task Force officers from the U.S. Marshals Service’s Eastern District of North Carolina arrested Walker at a location in Creedmoor, NC. 


July 13, 2015 - United States Marshal Martin Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Jordan Vasquez in Stroudsburg, PA. On March 04, 2015, the Pennsylvania State Police obtained an arrest warrant charging Vasquez with Aggravated Assault.


July 13, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Vermont Violent Offender Task Force assisted with the arrest of a fugitive who was wanted for an Assault and Robbery with Injury, where a firearm was stolen. Daniel Muzzy, formerly of Vermont, was wanted in Vermont by the Essex Police Department and was also a person of interest in numerous burglaries where firearms were stolen.


July 10, 2015 - The U.S. Marshal Service, Manchester and Dunbarton Police Departments are pleased to announce that last evening, Edgar Gordon was arrested by the U.S. Marshals, Florida Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force, in Oak Hill, FL. Gordon was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Manchester Police Department for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.


July 10, 2015 - The Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force announces the arrest of Harinder Singh Cheema, who was taken into custody Thursday in Fremont, California. Cheema is wanted by Canadian authorities in Montreal for stabbing and killing his wife, Manpreet Kaur, while his children slept in 2007.


July 10, 2015 - United States Marshal Robert W. Mathieson announces the capture of Ke’Zar Jones. Jones was wanted by the Norfolk Police Department for a shooting last Friday in which a six year-old boy was shot in the head.


July 10, 2015 - On July 8, 2015, “Fugitive of the Week,” Matthew Michaud surrendered to the Concord Police Department after seeing himself on WMUR and in print media. Michaud was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for a Parole Violation. Mr. Michaud was on parole as a result of a conviction and sentence for Forgery.


July 09, 2015 - Anthony Marquez Allen was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Winston-Salem Police Department SWAT Team. On July 3, 2015, charges were taken out on Allen for Assault with a Deadly Weapon with the Intent to Kill and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.


July 09, 2015 - A fugitive wanted on outstanding state charges after he fled Massachusetts, has been arrested today by a team of U.S. Marshals and Task Force Officers from the New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force in the Southern District of New York. Angel Acevedo was being sought on a state warrant issued out of Springfield Massachusetts charging him with two counts of Rape of a Child with Force.


July 09, 2015 - After nearly six years on the run, fugitive Jason Perkins was finally apprehended by Deputy U.S. Marshals in Toombs County, Georgia. Perkins was convicted of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor in 1996 and required to register as a sex offender. He was living and registered in Miami County until 2009, when he decided to disappear.


July 09, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Eastern District of North Carolina, announces the recovery of an abducted 20 month old child and the arrest of two subjects wanted in connection with the abduction of this child from the Richmond, VA, area. Deputy U.S. Marshals, along with the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office and the Fairmont Police Department, located the child at a residence in Fairmont. Derrick Baker and the child’s 17 year old mother, were arrested at the same location.


July 08, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Metro Fugitive Task Force located and arrested Akeem Jones. Jones was wanted for Accessory to Murder by the Omaha Police that involved a double homicide that occurred earlier this year. Jones was named as one of Omaha’s most violent gang members and is a documented active gang member.


July 08, 2015 - A team of law enforcement officers led by U.S. Marshals arrested an Abilene, Texas man today on Des Moines’ Southside. Noe Lopez Trevino was wanted by the Abilene Police Department in connection with the stabbing death of Lewis Maston in early April.


July 08, 2015 - United States Marshal Robert W. Mathieson announces the capture of Malik Santiago. Santiago, a New York native, was wanted by the New York Police Department for a weapons offense stemming from a shooting that occurred in March of this year.


July 08, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Guy Haughwout, who is wanted for Failure to Appear for court on June 15, 2015. In January of 2014, Haughwout was arrested by the Pennsylvania State Police for violations of his Megan’s Law requirement for failing to provide information.


July 08, 2015 - United States Marshal Robert W. Mathieson announces the capture of Jerry Cooper. Cooper was wanted by Norfolk Police Department for the Armed Robbery of Bank of Hampton Roads which occurred last Friday.


July 07, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Metro Fugitive Task Force with the assistance of Omaha Police located and arrested Jamar Milton, Shuntayvious Primes-Willis and Jarrell Milton. All are wanted for 1st Degree Murder out of Omaha, NE.


July 07, 2015 - United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Thomas Coss in Scranton, PA. On July 06, 2015, the Scranton Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Coss with Robbery – Threat Immediate Seriously Injury and Criminal Conspiracy.


July 07, 2015 - U.S. Marshal Steven Frank and FBI Special Agent in Charge Scott Smith announce the arrest of Pittsburgh fugitive Mario “Digga” Grisom, in Columbus, Mississippi this afternoon. Grisom was a federal fugitive wanted by the FBI on charges of Sex Trafficking of a Child and Attempted Sex Trafficking of a Child.


July 07, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service gratefully announces that a 9-1-1 tip led to the safe rescue of critically missing child Hayleigh Wilson, 14, and the arrest of her alleged captor, Benjamin Shook, in Atkins, Virginia.


July 06, 2015 - A Deputy U.S. Marshal assigned to the Miami office in the Southern District of Florida has won a gold medal in tennis in the 2015 World Police and Fire Olympic Games. Sebastien Barrois, 40, took his talents to Fairfax, Virginia last week to compete against Police and Fire athletes from all over the world.


July 06, 2015 - On January 20, 2015, Officers were dispatched to a call in reference to a man lying in the street at the intersection of Rosewood Street and Dayton Street. Officers found a male, later identified as Lensy Gill III, who appeared to have been shot in the head. Gill was pronounced dead at the scene. On June 29th, a warrant was issued by the Durham Police Department for Shaheem Tyron Williams charging Williams with Murder.


July 06, 2015 - On July 02, 2015, Christian Andre Spruill was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force with the assistance of the Winston-Salem Police Department S.W.A.T. Team. On June 30, 2015, the Winston-Salem Police Department issued warrants for Spruill charging him with Second Degree Kidnapping, Discharging a Weapon into an Occupied Property and First Degree Burglary.


July 06, 2015 - U.S. Marshals and Virginia State Police, announce the arrest of 13 convicted felons, including 10 non-compliant sex offenders during “Operation Summer Heat”, a three day operation in Richmond, Virginia. “Summer Heat ran from June 30th thru July 2nd, targeting the city’s most dangerous criminals with a laser-like focus on violent sex offenders.


July 06, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service will be auctioning 23 vehicles which were seized due to illegal activities. The auction will begin promptly at 10:00am on July 10, 2015 in Albuquerque. Detailed photos of the vehicles are available at www.appletowing.com.


July 02, 2015 - 15 Most Wanted Addition - The U.S. Marshals Service announces the addition of alleged murder suspect J’Wa Charlery to its 15 Most Wanted fugitives list. On Nov. 2, 2014, the Richmond (Va.) Police Department responded to a call for emergency assistance at the Clarion Hotel located at 3207 North Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers were directed to a room where they discovered the body of Eboniece Escobar, who suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head.


July 02, 2015 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Robert Eaton, was arrested by the Gloucester Police Department in Massachusetts after routine police contact. Eaton was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear for Larceny. An additional warrant was later issued by the Hampton Police Department for Receiving Stolen Property.


July 02, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information on the whereabouts of 14-year-old, critically missing child Hayleigh Wilson, believed to be in the company of a known sex offender, Benjamin Shook.


July 02, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Richmond, Virginia arrested a man who is wanted for Murder in Trenton, NJ. Horace Gordon shot and killed his victim then fled the state of New Jersey to avoid arrest.


July 02, 2015 - This morning, “Fugitive of the Week,” Benjamin Kelso was located and arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Springfield, OH. Kelso was wanted on outstanding arrest warrants issued by the Merrimack Sheriff’s Office for Probation Violations and Failure to Appear for heroin possession.


June 30, 2015 - The Marshals Service has been diligently working with state and local law enforcement officers to arrest violent fugitives in all 33 counties in New Mexico. Operation Desert Snow has five phases which have already been implemented throughout the entire state of New Mexico.


June 30, 3015 - John Mendoza Jr. and Kristopher Sanchez were arrested tonight by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, Medina County Sheriff’s Office, Texas Rangers, and San Antonio Police Department’s Gang Unit and Repeat Offender Program Unit in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Medina County Sheriff’s Office, where it is alleged that Mendoza and Sanchez committed Homicide.


June 30, 2015 - Northern Nevada’s U.S. Marshals-led fugitive task force located and arrested William Eric Smith who is wanted by the Modesto Police Department for a murder committed on June 6th.


June 30, 2015 - Mitchell Meyer, a fugitive who fled the U.S. after failing to appear for trial in 1999, was arrested by Mexican Federal Police and Immigration Agents in coordination with the U.S. Marshals Mexico City, Mexico Foreign Field Office, and the Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force in Sioux City, Iowa. Meyer was arrested by the Woodbury County Sheriff’s Office in February 1998 on 2 counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor.


June 29, 2015 - Statement from Director Stacia Hylton on the end of the search for 15 Most Wanted fugitives Richard Matt and David Sweat: “The U.S. Marshals added Richard Matt and David Sweat to the “15 Most Wanted” fugitives list June 18, following their June 6 escape from the Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora, New York. The end of this manhunt is a direct result of the leadership of the New York State Police who brought to bear the multitude of capabilities and assets of all of law enforcement, a true testament to the strength of our partnerships nationwide.


June 29, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Frederick Owens, who was wanted by the Harrisburg Bureau of Police for Criminal Attempt – Criminal Homicide and other related charges.


June 29, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals’ Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested fugitive Letwon Jackson on an outstanding warrant from the State District Court in Montgomery, Alabama on a warrant charging him with two counts of Robbery with a Firearm.


June 29, 2015 - A suspect wanted in connection with an armed robbery in Wyoming, Michigan was arrested by a U.S. Marshals Task Force Friday in Memphis, TN. Montai Riley is charged with Armed Robbery and Habitual Offender - 3rd offense.


June 25, 2015 - This afternoon, Shenandoah Freeman was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force. Freeman has been charged with a Failure to Appear in Court for Attempted First Degree Murder and Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury.


June 24, 2015 - Today, Michael Guerrero was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Guerrero is a Topeka, KS resident wanted by the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office for one count of Attempted Murder.


June 24, 2015 - Paul Sanchez was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Service in El Paso, TX on June, 23, 2015. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office, where it is alleged that Sanchez committed offenses including: First Degree Murder, 3 counts of Attempted Murder, Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Murder, Aggravated Battery, Bribery of a Witness, and Tampering with Evidence.


June 24, 2015 - This afternoon, “Fugitive of the Week” Kevin Breed was located and arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Epsom, NH.  Breed was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Dover Police Department for bail jumping on an original charged offense alleging Thefts of Firearms.


June 23, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force - Tampa Division - arrested William Benton in Tarpon Springs, FL. Benton was placed on the Massachusetts State Police “Most Wanted List” after allegedly shooting a man during an argument in May 2015. Overall, Benton had five outstanding warrants for his arrest with the most serious being Attempted Murder.


June 23, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team took custody of Andres Bermudez today. On December 28, 2011, Danny Herrera was allegedly murdered in his apartment by his friend Andres Bermudez. Albuquerque Police reported Herrera and Bermudez were having a pre-New Year’s Eve celebration when Bermudez stabbed Herrera then fled the scene.


June 23, 2015 - A fugitive who fled after violating conditions of his pre-trial release was arrested by the Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force in Tacoma, WA. Somsock Senlouangrat was released Sep. 14, 2003 on pre-trial release pending his trial after being arrested for Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine, and Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of Drug Trafficking.


June 22, 2015 - U.S. Marshals Cops United Felony Fugitive Enforcement Division Task Force arrested William Michael Smith, a Harrison County man wanted for three counts of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, Federal Supervised Release Violations and Battery.


June 22, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Nygee Taylor, who was wanted by the Pennsylvania State Police for Attempted Homicide – Kidnapping and Criminal Attempt Homicide and other related charges.


June 19, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested fugitive Jason W. Schomaker on June 18, 2015 on an outstanding warrant from the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas, Cincinnati, Ohio on an indictment charging him with two counts of Rape, Gross Sexual Imposition, Abduction and Robbery.


June 19, 2015 - Earlier today, the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force apprehended fugitive Raymell Easter at an apartment in East Cleveland. Easter was wanted by the Cleveland Police Department for Homicide stemming from an incident in which he is suspected of shooting and killing a 17 year old male after attempting to rob the victim.


June 19, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, in conjunction with the Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office of Ohio, have located and arrested violent fugitive Michael D. Evans. Evans was wanted by the Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear on Aggravated Robbery and Felonious Assault charges.


June 18, 2015 - 15 Most Wanted Additions - The U.S. Marshals Service added David Sweat and Richard Matt, the two violent, escapees from the Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora, NY, to its 15 Most Wanted fugitives list. Sweat and Matt, convicted murderers, escaped June 6 and sparked a massive manhunt by hundreds of federal, state and local law enforcement officers.


June 18, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals led Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force, along with the Puerto Rico Police Department, arrested Samuel Rivera Rodriguez in Ponce, PR. Rivera Rodriguez has been a federal fugitive since 2012, when a warrant was issued for his arrest for Violation to his Supervised Release.


June 18, 2015 - On June 15, 2015, the U.S. Marshals Service Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force - Tampa Division - arrested Anthony Maresca in Palm Harbor, Florida. Maresca had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for the past year charging him with Bank Robbery. Maresca is the suspect in several bank robberies in Pasco, Hernando, and Pinellas Counties.


June 18, 2015 - Cristan Aguero was arrested this evening by members of the United States Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the San Antonio Police Department, where it is alleged that Aguero committed Aggravated Assault causing serious bodily injury.


June 18, 2015 - Zachary Whiteside was arrested last night by members of the United States Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Live Oak Police Department, where it is alleged that Whiteside violated the conditions of his bond release that were associated with 8 felony charges.


June 18, 2015 - This afternoon, members of the U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force located and arrested fugitive, Jeffrey Nickerson. Nickerson was arrested after an extensive search of an apartment building on Park Street in Pittsfield, NH, where he was found hiding inside of a refrigerator. Jeffrey Nickerson, a registered sex offender was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Merrimack County Superior Court for Probation Violations.


June 18, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals are selling 420 lots of assets formerly belonging to Peter and Shana Madoff, announced U.S. Marshal Michael Greco of the Southern District of New York. The online auction at www.txauction.com starts today and ends July 7.


June 17, 2015 - This afternoon, “Fugitive of the Week,” Miguel Carpio was located and arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and several officers from the Manchester Police Department  Carpio was wanted on multiple outstanding arrest warrants out of Maine for Robbery, Theft by Unauthorized Taking, Burglary, Criminal Restraint and Residential Robbery with a Gun.


June 16, 2015 - Multiple individuals were arrested today pursuant to a 163-count federal indictment charging 41 people with facilitating an extensive, multi-state heroin trafficking operation, United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, West Virginia State Police Colonel Jay Smithers, and FBI Special Agent in Charge Scott Smith, announced.


June 16, 2015 - Deputy U.S. Marshal Zacarias Toro lost his long and valiant battle with cancer June 14 while surrounded by his family in New York. Deputy Toro’s cancer resulted directly from exposures while responding to the World Trade Center attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, as determined by the World Trade Center Health Program. His passing is considered a line-of-duty death.


June 16, 2015 - U.S. Marshal Bobby Mathieson and Sussex County Sheriff Raymond Bell announce the arrest of Maxim Loyd Chisholm today in the City of Richmond, VA. Chisholm was arrested without incident after a traffic stop by a Richmond Police Department Patrol Unit.


June 15, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Cody Stanley, who was wanted for Failure to Register as a Convicted Sex Offender. At approximately 10:30am, Deputy U.S. Marshals visited a home in Freeville, NY and arrested Cody Stanley without incident.


June 15, 2015 - Ryan Lorenz, a suspect wanted in connection with a shooting in Grand Rapids in May, was arrested today in Muskegon Heights. Lorenz is charged with Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm less than Murder and five other counts, as well as violating his state parole.


June 12, 2015 - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, in conjunction with the Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office, is offering up to a $5,000 reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Michael Evans.


June 12, 2015 - On June 8, 2015, the U.S. Marshals Service - District of New Mexico along with NM HIDTA (High Intensity Drug trafficking Area) continued with the third phase of training for the Crisis Intervention Training certification course, targeting Roswell, New Mexico and the surrounding area, offering law enforcement officers this innovative training.


June 11, 2015 - U.S. Marshals arrested a Cedar Rapids man today, wanted for Escape from previous charges of Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon, Criminal Mischief, and First Degree Theft. Paul Hoff was charged in May by the Iowa Department of Correctional Services with Escape. Following the incident, the U.S. Marshals Service Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force was requested to assist in the hunt for Hoff.


June 11, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force captured a man today who is wanted on a two-year old warrant alleging he molested several young children under the ages of 14 and 12 years old, while living and working in Indiana. Fugitive Scott Edward Culver was taken into custody by the Marshals Task Force with help from the Pensacola Police Department.


June 11, 2015 - U.S. Marshal Robert W. Mathieson announces the capture of Raynard Brown. Brown is wanted by Portsmouth Police Department for the murder of Jamal Spratley which occurred on June 6th. Brown's warrants include; First Degree Murder, Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.


June 11, 2015 - Michael Paul Norton was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force out of Greensboro, NC. On June 09, 2015, the Charleston County Sheriff’s Department in South Carolina issued an arrest warrant for Norton charging him with Sex/Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor or Attempt-victim 11 to 14 years of age inclusive second degree.


June 10, 2015 - Jose Aguirre was arrested last night by members of the United States Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Mount Dora Police Department in Florida, where it is alleged that Aguirre committed First Degree Murder.


June 09, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Metro Fugitive Task Force, with the assistance of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, and State Probation, arrested fugitive Donald Thomas after a short standoff. After the arrest was made several rifles, a handgun, and 1000’s of rounds of ammunition were found in the residence.


June 09, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service, along with Task Force Officers from the United States Marshals Service Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force, added Raul Arreola to the New Mexico’s Most Wanted. Arreola is wanted federally for allegedly being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm and is wanted by the state of New Mexico for warrants including Kidnapping, Aggravated Battery, and probation/parole violations.


June 09, 2015 - This afternoon, “Fugitive of the Week,” Amanda Fortin, was located and arrested by alert officers in Belmont, NH. Fortin was wanted on two outstanding arrest warrants issued by both Merrimack and Belknap Counties for Drug Offenses.


June 08, 2015 - The United States Marshals Service has been diligently working with state and local law enforcement officers to arrest violent fugitives in all 33 counties in New Mexico. Operation Desert Snow has five phases which have already been implemented throughout the entire state of New Mexico.


June 08, 2015 - This morning, Bobby Lee Jones Jr. was arrested by members of the United States Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force. It is alleged that Jones is connected to the robbery of the Big City Pizza & Subs delivery driver that took place on May 05, 2015 and subsequently received proceeds from the robbery.


June 07, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Chloe Isaacs, who was wanted for Kidnapping to Inflict Injury and other related offenses. On June 3, Deputy U.S. Marshals and task force officers assigned to the U.S. Marshals Service’s New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Isaacs without incident at a residence in Utica, NY.


June 05, 2015 - Leonard Willis was arrested this afternoon by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Galveston County Sheriff’s Office, where it is alleged that Willis committed Sexual Assault.


June 05, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Isaac Brumfield Jr., wanted for Criminal Attempt – Criminal Homicide and Aggravated Assault in Chambersburg, PA. Deputy U.S. marshals and task force officers assigned to the South East Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Brumfield without incident in Fayetteville, GA. Brumfield was turned over to local authorities pending extradition back to Pennsylvania.


June 05, 2015 - U.S. Marshal Robert W. Mathieson announces the capture of Michael Kuzminski, who was wanted by Chesapeake Sheriff’s Office for probation violation. Just yesterday, Kuzminski removed his court-ordered home monitoring ankle bracelet device, which he was required to wear after Failing to Register as a Violent Sex Offender.


June 05, 2015 - Zachary Earl Duncan was arrested early this morning by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the San Antonio Police Department where it is alleged that Duncan committed Murder.


June 05, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force captured an Alabama escapee today, after he was stopped by the Marshals in a vehicle approaching a toll bridge at the entrance to Pensacola Beach. The wanted man, Derrick Poore, was the driver of the vehicle with several other people in it. After being stopped, Poore tried to drive in reverse to escape but failed.


June 04, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Metro Fugitive Task Force captured Nebraska Prison Escapees after a four day search. The two fugitive prisoners were Michael Blackfish, 18, and Ruben Buchanan, 18, both from the Winnebago Indian Reservation in Nebraska.


June 03, 2015 - 15 Most Wanted Capture - The search for 15 Most Wanted fugitive Matthew Dion is over. U.S. Marshals located and arrested him today at an Orange Park, Florida hotel where he was allegedly living and working. Dion is wanted for allegedly killing his elderly parents, Robert and Constance Dion, in March 2014 and setting their New Hampshire home on fire.


June 03, 2015 - Ernie Donnell Pinnix II was arrested today by members of the United States Marshals Service Joint Fugitive Task Force in Greensboro, NC. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Winston-Salem Police Department, wherein it is alleged that Pinnix committed numerous sex offense violations.


June 02, 2015 - This afternoon, “Fugitive of the Week,” John Wentworth, was located and arrested without incident in Lawrence, Massachusetts by members of the U.S. Marshals - NH Joint Fugitive Task Force. Wentworth was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for a Parole Violation. Wentworth was on parole as a result of a conviction and sentence for Negligent Homicide.


June 02, 2015 - Sierras Deshun Cobb was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Winston-Salem Police Department SWAT Team. On May 27, 2015, warrants were issued charging Cobb with Accessory After the Fact to First Degree Murder.


May 29, 2015 - Max Gauna, a registered sex offender who was wanted in Laramie County, Wyoming for Robbery, Assault and Unlawful Entry was located and arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals led Wyoming Fugitive Task Force.


May 29, 2015 - Cornelius Jaqual Woods, Jr., was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the High Point Police Department. Arrest warrants were issued for Woods, Jr. in High Point, NC on May 27, 2015 for two counts of Attempted First Degree Murder, two counts of Assault with a Deadly Weapon Intent to Kill, and two counts of Discharging a Weapon into an Occupied Vehicle.


May 29, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Derrick Boone on charges of Criminal Homicide and other related offenses. Deputy U.S. Marshals and task force officers from the U.S. Marshals Service’s Southern District of Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested Boone in Cincinnati, OH. Boone was turned over to local authorities pending his extradition to Lycoming County.


May 29, 2015 - The hunt for the person responsible for taking the life of Delmorio Lamontae Blockson of Winston-Salem is over. On May 27, 2015, the Winston-Salem Police Department responded to a shooting at the 1600 block of East 25th Street. Upon arrival officers discovered Mr. Blockson had been fatally shot. On the same date, an arrest warrant was issued for Anthony Ordell Abran.


May 28, 2015 - United States Marshal Robert W. Mathieson announces the capture of Anthony Worlds, who was wanted by the Norfolk Police Department for a shooting that occurred less than a week ago. Worlds had outstanding warrants for Malicious Wounding and Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony.


May 27, 2015 - This morning, Pablo Antonio Torrez was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the High Point Police Department. On May 26, 2015, warrants were issued by the High Point Police Department charging Torrez with Rape of a Child, Incest with Child and Sexual Offense with a Child. These charges allegedly occurred between 2014 and 2015.


May 26, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of John McDonald on charges of Criminal Homicide and other related offenses. Deputy U.S. Marshals and task force officers assigned to the Capitol Area Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested McDonald in Baltimore, Maryland.


May 21, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Vermont Violent Offender Task Force arrested Jessica Elder, a fugitive wanted on a Federal Supervised Release violation, in Burlington yesterday. Elder had a federal warrant from the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont for Violating the Terms of her Federal Probation.


May 20, 2015 - Hayward Tarver (aka Richard Tarver) was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Middle District of North Carolina Joint Fugitive Task Force, with the assistance of the Concord Police Department. Tarver’s arrest stemmed from a Federal Indictment out of the Western District of New York for charges including; Possession with Intent to Distribute 28 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing Cocaine base, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, and Possession of Heroin with Intent to Distribute.


May 20, 2015 - Last night, officers from the Providence, RI Police Department were investigating a report of someone trying to exchange stolen merchandise at a store in the Providence Mall. At the scene, “Fugitive of the Week,” Christopher Rabbia was located and arrested after providing one of his many aliases of Christopher Mirabella to officers.


May 18, 2015 - The U.S. Marshal Service in New Mexico along with Task Force Officers assigned to the Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force arrested Todd Craig and William Lynch over the weekend. Craig was arrested on an Armed Robbery warrant and Lynch was arrested on warrants out of California for Parole Violations and Rape.


May 18, 2015 - On Saturday, a Probation and Parole Officer from the NH Department of Corrections saw “Fugitive of the Week,” Shaun Teeter and immediately requested the assistance of the Claremont Police Department. Shaun Teeter was arrested by the Claremont Police Department on two outstanding warrants. Teeter was wanted on both Parole and Probation Violations, stemming from original convictions for Theft and Assault.


May 18, 2015 - On Saturday morning, an officer with the Manchester Police Department arrested last week’s “Fugitive of the Week.” Jarod Leroux was arrested by the Manchester Police Department in the area of Pine and High Streets in Manchester, after an officer stopped to identify him in connection with another ongoing investigation. Leroux was wanted on outstanding Belknap County arrest warrant for Failing to Appear on a charge of Sales of Methamphetamines.


May 15, 2015 - U.S. Marshals in Spokane, Washington arrested Robert Dean Reese, a Smith County fugitive that has been on the run for thirteen years. Since 2002, Reese has been wanted by the Smith County Sheriff’s Office for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and several Indecency With a Child Warrants.


May 14, 2015 - Early this afternoon, members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested last week’s “Fugitive of the Week.” David Hall was arrested after he fled from a vehicle that he was driving and hid under a bed at a residence in Manchester, NH. Hall was wanted on outstanding Rockingham County arrest warrants charging him with Failure to Appear on both a Burglary charge and a charge of Delivering Prohibited Articles.


May 14, 2015 - Today, Dominique Coward was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task force in Topeka, KS. Coward is wanted by the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office for three counts of Aggravated Robbery.


May 14, 2015 - Tyshon Fuller McCray was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Winston-Salem Police Department SWAT team. McCray was wanted by the Winston-Salem Police Department for Robbery with a dangerous weapon and First Degree Kidnapping.


May 13, 2015 - The U.S. Marshal’s Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force arrested a homicide suspect from Logansport, LA. The task force received a tip from Tyler-Smith County Crime Stoppers indicated that the suspect, Jacorroyn Lavell Wilson, was at a residence in the Pine Creek Town Homes in Tyler, Texas.


May 12, 2015 - Four women wanted in connection with a brutal baseball attack in East Lansing in March were arrested today. The women are Charged with Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery, Armed Robbery, and Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm less than murder.


May 11, 2015 - Shakoor Sultan Tate was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Greensboro Police Department. On March 06, 2015, a warrant was issued by the El Paso, TX Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear on an alleged Domestic Assault pending from a December 2014 arrest.


May 11, 2015 - Dominique Green was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) Gang Unit, ROPE Unit (Repeat Offenders Program), and SWAT Team in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the SAPD Homicide Unit, where it is alleged that Green committed Capital Murder.


May 08, 2015 - On May 06, 2015, Askire Deshun Edwards was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force. Warrants were issued by the Chapel Hill Police Department charging Edwards with 7 counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine and 7 counts of Sell and Deliver Cocaine. The charges stemmed from a 12 month narcotics investigation involving Edwards.


May 08, 2015 - On Wednesday, May 06, 2015, the U.S. Marshals Service Joint Fugitive Task Force arrested Jawuan Cordell Love in Concord, NC. Love was wanted by the Virginia Beach Police Department for Attempted Armed Robbery, Felonious Assault, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony, and Conspiracy to Commit a Felony.


May 08, 2015 - Rasheen Jahmal Smith was arrested on Thursday, May 7, 2015 by Deputies of the U.S. Marshals Service. A federal arrest warrant was issued on Smith by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and Explosives for the Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. Smith is also being investigated by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office as a suspect in a bank robbery that occurred in Hurtsboro, Alabama on April 13, 2015.


May 07, 2015 - The Grants Police Department arrested Anthony Romero Jr. in Grants, NM. Romero was placed on the U.S. Marshals Service District of New Mexico’s Most Wanted list and the Marshals Service in New Mexico has been investigating Romero’s whereabouts ever since. Romero was wanted for Failing to Register as a Sex Offender.


May 07, 2015 - Robert Sisco was arrested early this morning by members of the United States Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the New Braunfels Police Department, where it is alleged that Sisco committed Aggravated Robbery.


May 06, 2015 - U.S. Marshals in Fayetteville, Arkansas have arrested Frank Potter. Potter escaped from the Adair County Jail in Oklahoma on May 2nd. Authorities in Adair County say Potter climbed over a fence to escape.


May 05, 2015 -  Larry Verdell Lynn was arrested this evening by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the City of Troy Police Department, where it is alleged that Lynn committed attempted murder.


May 05, 2015 - U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott and Ohio Adult Parole Authority Regional Director Todd Ishee announce the capture of one of Ohio’s most wanted and long sought after fugitives. Frank Freshwaters, a.k.a. William Harold Cox, was apprehended in Melbourne, FL yesterday after an extensive investigation by the new Cold Case Unit of the U.S. Marshal’s Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.


May 04, 2015 - On April 27, 2015, the U.S. Marshals Service - District of New Mexico, along with NM HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area), began the second wave of training for Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) certification course throughout New Mexico.


May 04, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Anthony Baker, wanted by authorities in Baltimore, MD on numerous sex offense charges. On April 06, 2015, the Baltimore Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Baker with eleven separate sex offenses. On April 21st, the Baltimore Police Department requested the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force to locate and apprehend Baker.


May 01, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force arrested Hamadi Holloway, an alleged heroin distributor who was wanted by the Durham Police Department for a multitude of charges.


April 30, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Vermont Violent Offender Task Force arrested Jeremy S. Jennings, a fugitive wanted on a Federal Supervised Release violation, in Essex today. Jennings had a federal warrant dated March 10th from the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont for violating the terms of his federal probation. With his whereabouts unknown, he was in violation of sex offender registry requirements from prior convictions.


April 30, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Euscebio Frias-Ovalles, on charges of criminal attempt – Homicide and other related offenses. Deputy U.S. Marshals and task force officers arrested Frias-Ovalles in Hazleton, PA, where he was turned over to local authorities pending his return to Dauphin County.


April 29, 2015 - Today, the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force (JFTF) and the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Tennessee fugitive. Angela Dawn Hutchings was arrested in Clemmons when located by members of the JFTF. Hutchings was wanted by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear on previous charges of Possession with the Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine and Larceny.


April 29, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Michael Spencer on charges of Criminal Attempt – Homicide and other related offenses. Earlier today, Deputy U.S. Marshals and task force officers arrested Spencer without incident in Philadelphia.


April 29, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals, the Michigan State Police, and the Jackson Police Department announce the arrest of Troy Desean Johnson, of Michigan, who is wanted for Murder and felony Firearm in Jackson, Michigan.


April 29, 2015 - Last night, combined efforts of the U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force and the U.S. Marshals Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force led to the arrest of Justin Jones. Jones was wanted by the Gainesville Police Department for Attempted Felony Murder, Robbery with a Firearm, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.


April 28, 2015 - 15 Most Wanted Addition - The search for fugitive Matthew Dion intensified today as the U.S. Marshals Service named him one of its 15 Most Wanted. Dion, 39, is wanted for second-degree Murder, Arson, and Possession of Child Pornography.


April 28, 2015 - Pittsburgh homicide suspect Justin Bonner was apprehended this morning by members of the U.S. Marshals Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force and the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police. Bonner was charged by the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police with Criminal Homicide, Robbery and Conspiracy-Robbery-Inflict Serious Bodily Injury on April 18, 2015.


April 24, 2015 - U.S. Marshals arrested Leslie D. Pruitt last night at the Hooker Inn located in Hooker, Oklahoma. Pruitt was wanted by the Wichita Police Department for Attempted Second Degree Murder, Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.


April 23, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals captured Alexander Rosevelt Hill, Jr., wanted on four counts of first-degree Murder, at a homeless shelter in Buffalo, New York, this morning. The slayings occurred over the weekend of Easter 2014, but the trail for the suspect had been cold for a year.


April 23, 2015 - In 2008, Anthony Romero Jr. was convicted in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico for Sexual Abuse of a Minor, Crime on Indian Country. Based on records from the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Department, Romero has failed to update his sex offender registration. Romero is now facing new charges for his failure to register as a sex offender, and is currently attempting to avoid apprehension by Law Enforcement.


April 22, 2015 - This morning, Jesse Ronald James was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force. James was arrested on outstanding warrants issued by the Greensboro Police Department for Attempted First Degree Murder and Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury.


April 21, 2015 - Members of the U.S. Marshals Task Force located and arrested Rodney Hosino, of Honolulu, at his place of employment located near Middle Street. Hosino was wanted out of Clack County Nevada on an arrest warrant for seven counts of Sexual Assault Against a Child and four counts of Lewdness with a Child.


April 21, 2015 - Robert Vance Hamby was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office. Hamby was wanted by the Baltimore County Police Department out of Maryland for First Degree Burglary that was issued on July 18, 2014.


April 21, 2015 - Last evening, fugitive Darren Lee Bingham met Deputy U.S. Marshals in Vermont to surrender. Bingham was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued in January by the Sullivan County (NH) Superior Court, for failing to appear on a charge of being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm.


April 20, 2015 - Beginning March 2nd, the U.S. Marshals Service in the District of Arizona coordinated a state wide fugitive operation involving law enforcement agencies from Maricopa, Pima and Pinal counties. This operation targeted over a thousand fugitives wanted for higher level felony crimes, including homicide, robbery, rape, dangerous drugs, and assault.


April 20, 2015 - At the one-year anniversary of the tragic death of four Virginia family members, including a toddler, the U.S. Marshals are asking for the public’s help to find a dangerous fugitive. The suspect in the case, Alexander Rosevelt Hill, Jr., aka “Real Deal,” is wanted in Petersburg, Virginia, on four counts of first-degree Murder.


April 20, 2015 - U.S. Marshals recently arrested a Kansas woman at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport for a 2009 murder. Eman Emad Malkawi was wanted on a first-degree Murder warrant stemming from the February 2009 killing of Andres Arteaga-Vega in Topeka.


April 20, 2015 - On February 27, 2015, warrants were issued for Jermarise Dejuann Bolden for Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury by the Hillsborough Police Department. On April 17th, the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force arrested Bolden without incident with the assistance of the Greensboro Police Department’s Violent Criminal Apprehension Team.


April 17, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Jayson Montanez on charges of rape and other related offenses. On April 03, 2015, authorities in Lauderdale County, Alabama obtained an arrest warrant charging Montanez with Rape (first degree) and Sex Abuse of child.


April 17, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals’ Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested fugitive Jimmy Stewart today on an outstanding warrant from the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas, Cincinnati, Ohio on a 6 count indictment charging him with Pandering Sexually Oriented Material and 9 counts of Illegal Use of a Minor in Nude Materials.


April 16, 2015 - More than 7,100 fugitives, gang members, sex offenders and violent criminals are off the streets as a result of Operation Violence Reduction7 (VR7), a six-week long U.S. Marshals-led enforcement initiative conducted across the country to reduce violent crime.


April 15, 2015 - On April 12, 2015, the Chapel Hill Police Department responded to a victim of assault who had been transported via ambulance to the Durham Regional Hospital. The victim was treated by emergency room personnel for a fractured jaw, orbital, and a large laceration above her eye that required multiple stitches. Later that day, warrants were issued for Terrail Laquam Hicks for Attempted First Degree Murder, First Degree Kidnapping, Assault by Strangulation, and Assault inflicting Serious Injury by the Chapel Hill Police Department.


April 15, 2015 - Scott Kelley, a former Whitefield, New Hampshire, resident wanted by law enforcement since November 2004 for non-custodial kidnapping and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, was arrested upon his return to the United States by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force at an Atlanta-area airport. Missing person Mary Nunes was also located with Kelley re-entering the United States.


April 15, 2015 - Over the past 6 weeks, the U.S. Marshals Service conducted a Nationwide Fugitive Operation, Operation Violence Reduction (OVR7). The basis behind OVR7 was to target violent fugitives in an effort to reduce crime. OVR7 ran from March 2, 2015 through April 10, 2015.


April 15, 2015 - Today, United States Marshal Martin J. Pane and Pennsylvania State Police Colonel Marcus Brown announced the results of Operation Eagle Eye – an effort to verify the home addresses of Megan’s Law registrants in Dauphin, Lebanon and York Counties.

April 14, 2015 - United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Gregory Johnson  in Columbia, SC. On April 07, 2015, the Pennsylvania State Police obtained an arrest warrant charging Johnson with Robbery, Theft, and Simple Assault.


April 13, 2015 - U.S. Marshals arrested Corey Brian Harrell Sr., a Kansas resident wanted by the Russell Police Department. Harrell was wanted on 3 counts of Rape, 8 counts of aggravated criminal sodomy, and 2 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. A warrant was issued for his arrest in December of 2013, but Harrell left the state of Kansas to avoid prosecution.


April 10, 2015 - United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Ronnell Joseph in Pittston, PA. Joseph is wanted in New York City for Armed Robbery, and by New York state parole authorities on a Violation of Parole warrant stemming from a prior robbery conviction.


April 09, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Keith Digiovanni, who was wanted for sex-related offenses. The Northern York County Regional Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Digiovanni with Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse – person less than 16 years of age, Indecent Assault – person less than 13 years of age, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Child and Corruption of a Minor.


April 09, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Roger Geiger, who was wanted for failing to maintain his sex offender registration requirements. On March 30th, the Lycoming County Adult Probation Office obtained an arrest warrant charging Geiger with Probation Violation. On the same day, the Pennsylvania State Police charged Geiger with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.


April 09, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested a fugitive today on an outstanding Homicide warrant from San Antonio, TX. Tyree Antijuan Byrd, of Savannah, GA is wanted in Texas on charges stemming from a November 2014 incident where he and an accomplice allegedly shot and killed Antwan Jones in San Antonio.


April 08, 2015 - On April 7, 2015, Wayne Keith Caldwell was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Winston Salem Police Department’s SWAT team. Caldwell was wanted by the Winston-Salem Police Department for Assault by Pointing a Gun, False Imprisonment, and Felonious Breaking and Entering.


April 05, 2015 - On April 04, 2015 warrants were issued for Charles Anthony Rhames for First Degree Murder by the Chapel Hill Police Department. Investigative efforts led the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Chapel Hill Police Department to the loction of Rhames and he was arrested without incident.


April 03, 2015 - Members of the Manchester Police Department arrested this week’s “Fugitive of the Week.” Tyrone Hall was found hiding in a closet at his mother’s residence on Pearl Street in Manchester, NH. Hall was wanted on an outstanding Manchester arrest warrant charging him with being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Criminal Threatening and Receiving Stolen Property.


April 02, 2015 - Members of the U.S. Marshals New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force – Atlantic City Division - arrested one of New Jersey’s Top 10 fugitives today. Trevin Allen, a fugitive affiliated with the Dirty Blok Gang, was wanted by the Atlantic City Police Department for a Weapons Violation and Distribution of Narcotics.


April 01, 2015 - This morning, the United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Kentucky arrested a man who had been wanted for more than a year on a Failure to Appear charge in Dinwiddie, Virginia. That charge stemmed from a 2013 conviction of Rape. Douglas “Scott” McBride jumped bond and never showed for his 2013 sentencing hearing in the Dinwiddie Circuit Court.


April 01, 2015 - The United States Marshal Service in the Northern District of Iowa is asking the public to share important public safety information anonymously with Marshals by sending them a secure text message about sex offenders who are suspected of violating the requirements of the Iowa Sex Offender Registry in the Northern District of Iowa.


March 31, 2015 - On March 28, 2015, Tierra Hall was found dead behind a house in Durham, North Carolina. Hall was last seen on March 27th, and investigators believe she was killed that afternoon. On March 30th, warrants were issued for Kelton Breshon Fox for First Degree Murder by the Durham Police Department.


March 31, 2015 - Escapee Wossen Assaye is back in U.S. Marshals custody. Assaye was captured today in Washington, D.C., following his escape from Inova Fairfax hospital, where he was in custody, while being treated for injuries suffered in an apparent suicide attempt while at the William G. Truesdale Detention Center in Alexandria, Virginia.


March 31, 2015 - On March 30, 2015, Alex Mundo Lara was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force in North Carolina. Lara was arrested on charges stemming from a shooting that took the life of one victim and left the other victim with serious life threatening injuries.


March 31, 2015 - Yesterday, Linwood Fred Clay was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Durham Police Department after a six hour standoff. A multitude of warrants were issued for Clay by the Durham Police Department: Assault With a Deadly Weapon Intent To Kill, Discharge Weapon Into Occupied Property, Second Degree Kidnapping, Break & Enter Into Building-Intent to Terrorize, and Possession of Firearm by Felon.


March 31, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals, Fairfax County police and the FBI are looking for an inmate who escaped early this morning from Inova Fairfax Hospital, where he was being evaluated. Wossen Assaye overpowered two contracted security guards at the hospital at approximately 3:15 a.m. today, took one of the guard’s service weapons and escaped.


March 30, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service and the West Virginia State Police joined forces and resources to conduct sex offender compliance checks in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. Operation Rolling Rock was an operation funded by the U.S. Marshals Sex Offender Investigations Branch. During the operation, 585 compliance checks were attempted. Out of these checks, 342 offenders were found in compliance and 48 offenders were non compliant.


March 30, 2015 - Last week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Tyler Twombly, surrendered to his parole officer in Manchester, NH today. Mr. Twombly was being sought on an outstanding parole warrant for Violating his Conditions of Parole. Twombly was on parole as a result of a conviction and sentence for being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm.


March 30, 2015 - In 1987, Ira Anthony Boudreaux was convicted in the Eastern District of Louisiana of Conspiracy and Extortion for the aggravated kidnapping of a 3 year-old boy. The child was eventually recovered safely after being abandoned in a sugar cane field, and Boudreaux received a 40-year sentence and is on parole until 2032. In March 2012, Boudreaux violated the conditions of his parole and was sentenced to 14 months.


March 27, 2015 - The hunt for the person responsible for taking the life of Calvin James Alexander Jr. of High Point is over. On March 26, 2015, Mr. Alexander Jr. was a passenger in a vehicle when he was fatally shot. The suspect fled the scene which resulted in two schools being locked down. Arrest warrants were issued by the High Point Police Department for Joe Lewis Breeden for First Degree Homicide and Robbery With A Dangerous Weapon.


March 27, 2015 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today the arrest of Christopher Garrison in Chambersburg, PA and Joseph McLucas in York, PA. Garrison was charged by the Chambersburg Police with Corruption of Minors (defendant age 18 or above). McLucas was charged by the Pennsylvania State Police with Rape of Child, Statutory Sexual Assault, Corruption of Minors and Indecent Assault (person less than 13 years of age).


March 26, 2015 - This morning, a male inmate in the custody of the Virginia Center for Behavioral Rehabilitation assaulted a guard at a treatment facility in Chesterfield County, VA. The inmate, Robert Hanna, then escaped and fled on foot toward the City of Richmond. Hanna, a convicted sex offender, was located by U.S. Marshals Task Force members in a crawl space beneath a residence.


March 25, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force arrested a North Carolina fugitive who was wanted by the NC Department of Community Corrections-Probation/Parole, and who was also wanted for questioning on an unrelated incident. Diquarius Gilbert was arrested in Greensboro when located by members of the task force.


March 24, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Andre Marcellus Jones, who wanted for Indecent Assault of a Minor. On March, 10, 2015, the York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Jones with Indecent Assault of a person less than 13 years of age) and Corruption of Minors.


March 23, 2015 - In an ongoing effort to make Clark County safer, the U.S. Marshals Service and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department recently teamed up to conduct a three week operation targeting sex offenders who were in violation of the sex offender registration laws, and fugitive offenders wanted for sex related crimes. The recently concluded operation, which occurred from March 2-20, 2015, was very successful and resulted in eighteen arrests.


March 23, 2015 - U.S. Marshal Robert Mathieson announces the arrest of Kellum Williams. Williams was wanted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for First Degree Murder, Abuse of a Corpse and Violation of Community Corrections in Montgomery County Circuit Court in Clarksville, TN.


March 19, 2015 - Faustino Vasquez, also known as Celestino Vasquez, was arrested this evening by members of the United States Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in Converse, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the San Antonio Police Department, where it is alleged that Vasquez committed Homicide.


March 19, 2015 - On March 18, 2015, law enforcement officers from the U.S. Marshals Service Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force, Pasco County Sheriff’s Office and New Port Richey Police Department, arrested Edward Tarras and Kristopher Dohm in New Port Richey, Florida.


March 18, 2015 - This week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Lynn Taylor was arrested in Manchester, NH by members of the U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force. Taylor was wanted on an outstanding Merrimack County warrant for probation violations. Taylor was on probation as a result of her convictions and sentences for Disarming a Police Officer and Reckless Conduct with a Deadly Weapon.


March 18, 2015 - Federal fugitive Lance Ealy knows the true meaning of the “long arm of the law.” Ealy was indicted by a federal grand jury for 46 counts of fraudulent activity, including buying and selling stolen identities, access card devices, and filing false income tax returns. The manhunt began on November 15, 2014 in Dayton, Ohio but came to abrupt end this morning in Atlanta, Georgia.

March 17, 2015 - U.S. Marshals arrested a Cedar Rapids man today, wanted in Wisconsin on multiple charges of armed robbery, and battery. Christopher Green was charged in January 2015 by the Stevens Point Police Department for an Armed Robbery that had taken place. Following the incident, the Cedar Rapids Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force was requested to assist in the hunt for Green.


March 17, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team task force took custody of one of New Mexico’s most wanted fugitives, U.S. citizen Mario Jerardo Talavera, on Friday, March 13. In 2011, Talavera was featured on Fox’s America’s Most Wanted in connection with the gruesome 2008 murder of Albuquerque resident Danny Baca.


March 17, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested an Arizona man today on outstanding warrants issued in Willcox, AZ. James Wade Bell is wanted in Arizona on three counts of Sexual Conduct with a Minor and three counts of Public Sexual Indecency to a Minor.


March 17, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Sheena Johnson, who was wanted for Institutional Sexual Assault. On March 11, 2015, state authorities requested the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force to locate and apprehend Johnson.


March 13, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Harrison Michael Rineholt, who was wanted for violating Pennsylvania’s Megan’s Law. On December 10, 2012, Rineholt was convicted of sexual abuse of children in York County, Pennsylvania, and as a result of that conviction, was required to register as a sex offender.


March 12, 2015 - United States Marshal Robert W. Mathieson announces the capture of Lenard Tyrone Davis, who is better known as “Jelly.” Davis had numerous outstanding felony warrants including; Attempted Malicious Wounding (five counts), and Hit & Run (one count). These warrants stem from an incident when it is alleged that Davis accelerated a vehicle directly towards multiple witnesses in order to flee a crime scene.

March 11, 2015 - U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott and Adult Parole Director Todd Ishee announce the closure of one of Ohio’s oldest warrants. In 1967, Perry Greathouse, was charged with 1st degree Murder and convicted of Manslaughter in the beating and strangulation death of his 3 year old step-daughter in Hartville, OH.


March 11, 2015 - Deputy U.S. Marshal Josie Wells died from a gunshot wound received in the line of duty in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, March 10. Wells, 27, a native of Mississippi had been with the U.S. Marshals Service since January 2011.

March 10, 2015 - The U.S. Marshal Service is currently searching for fugitive Paul Ceglia, based on arrest warrant that was issued in the Western District of New York by U.S. Magistrate Judge McCarthy. Ceglia was awaiting trial in the Southern District of New York for allegedly creating a "multi-billion-dollar scheme" to defraud Facebook.


March 10, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force announces the arrest of Wilfredo Rodriguez-Rodriguez, who was wanted on a federal warrant for Possession with Intent to Distribute Dangerous Drugs. Rodriguez-Rodriguez was featured by the U.S. Marshals Service as one of the top ten most wanted fugitives in Puerto Rico.


March 10, 2015 - The man who is responsible for the Kernersville Middle School being placed on lockdown Monday afternoon is in custody. Today, Benjamin Martin was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force. Martin was wanted by the Department of Community Corrections - Probation/Parole for absconding Post-Release for the Sell of a Schedule II controlled substance.


March 09, 2015 - U.S. Marshals arrested Moises Valdez at the San Luis, Arizona, Port of Entry, on  Wednesday, March 4th for murder. On November 2, 2014, Marissa Pineda De Almanza, a member of the United States Air Force Reserve, was found deceased inside her apartment in Elk Grove, CA.


March 06, 2015 - Last evening, fugitive Davelle Broadus was arrested in Methuen, MA for Attempted Murder and being a Felon in Possession of a dangerous weapon. Broadus is alleged to have been involved in a fight on March 4th at the Pericles Democratic Club on Spruce Street in Manchester. During this altercation, a man was stabbed multiple times resulting in very serious injuries, including paralysis.


March 05, 2015 - U.S. Marshals escorted a former military officer from Honduras to the U.S. to face child pornography charges. James Benjamin Smith, a resident of Valrico, Florida, has an outstanding warrant in Hillsborough County, Florida, charging him with 100 counts of Possession of Child Pornography, both images and video.


March 05, 2015 - David Davalos was arrested this afternoon by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the San Antonio Police Department, where it is alleged that Davalos committed Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.


March 05, 2015 - On February 26, 2015, Dominiq Marquan DeLoach, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and High Point Police Department. Arrest warrants were obtained for Dominiq Marquan DeLoach for Homicide, Robbery with a Firearm, First Degree Burglary and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.


March 04, 2015 - This morning, this week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Nicole Wells was arrested in Manchester, NH by members of the U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force. Wells was wanted on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for Supervised Release Violations. Nicole was on supervised release as a result of her conviction and sentence in a 2008 case for Distribution of Cocaine.


March 03, 2015 - U.S. Marshal Don O’Keefe is proud to announce the arrest of James Terrell Booker, in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Booker was apprehended after a nation-wide manhunt involving Federal and Local Law Enforcement from California and Arkansas. Booker was wanted after he escaped from a Federal Detention Facility in Southern California.


March 03, 2015 - U.S. Marshal Robert W. Mathieson announces the capture of Teon Garland. Garland had been on the run for over one year, with an outstanding warrant out of Portsmouth for Carnal Knowledge. In December 2013, it is alleged that Garland sexually assaulted a female under the age of sixteen while at a residence in Portsmouth.


March 02, 2015 - 15 Most Wanted Capture - After only three months on the U.S. Marshals 15 Most Wanted fugitive list, self-proclaimed pastor and accused sexual predator Victor Arden Barnard was arrested Friday, February 27, in Pipa, Brazil. Barnard is wanted by the Pine County Sheriff’s Office in Pine City, Minnesota, for 59 felony counts of criminal sexual assault stemming from allegations that he sexually abused young girls while acting as their pastor.


March 02, 2015 - U.S. Marshal for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Martin Pane, announced the arrest of Demetrius Franklin in Scranton. On February 28, 2015, the Scranton Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Franklin with Rape by Force, Statutory Sexual Assault, Unlawful Contact with a Minor and Corruption of a Minor.


February 26, 2015 - Edward Arocha was arrested this afternoon by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the San Antonio Police Department, where it is alleged that Arocha committed 1st Degree Murder.


February 26, 2015 - U.S. Marshal for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Martin Pane, announced the arrest of William Fogle, who is charged with Rape and other related offenses.


February 25, 2015 - A woman accused of shooting and killing a Detroit, Michigan man earlier this month was arrested in Huntington, West Virginia. Yasmeen Jamilla Taylor was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals, Huntington Police Department, Cabell County Sheriff’s and other members of the CUFFED Task Force.


February 25, 2015 - Last night, Deputy U.S. Marshals took custody of Manuel Mauro Rivera-Ramirez from law enforcement officials in the Republic of Mexico at the Port of Entry in El Paso, Texas. In September 2008, a warrant was issued by the Pima County Superior Court charging Rivera-Ramirez with violating his conditions of probation after Absconding from Supervision.


February 25, 2015 - This week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Haley Laplant, was arrested in Gilford, NH. Laplant was being sought on a Merrimack County Superior Court warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge involving synthetic narcotics.


February 25, 2015 - Last evening, “Fugitive of the Week,” Ryan Souza was arrested in Manchester, NH. Souza was being sought on several arrest warrants, including a Strafford County warrant for Failure to Appear on two counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking; a Hillsborough County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Possession of Cocaine charge; and a Parole Violation on an original charge of Felon in Possession of a Firearm.


February 25, 2015 - The Marshals Service has been diligently working with state and local law enforcement officers to arrest violent fugitives in all 33 counties in New Mexico. Operation Desert Snow has five phases which have already been implemented throughout the entire state of New Mexico. The operation is building partnerships between state, county, local and tribal agencies in order to develop an emergency response strategy throughout the entire state.


February 24, 2015 - United States Marshal Robert W. Mathieson announces the capture of Willie Rollins. Rollins was wanted out of New London, Connecticut in relation to the sexual assault of a minor female that occurred in late 2014.


February 23, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service Vermont Violent Offender Task Force arrested a Vermont fugitive who was wanted for a Return on Mittimus and an Escape warrant. Michael Germain was arrested in Arlington, Vermont when confronted by the Vermont State Police.


February 23, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force of Savannah, Georgia and the Camden County Sheriff’s Office arrested fugitive Gerald L. Warren at an apartment complex in Saint Marys, Georgia. Warren was being sought by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office in Orlando, Florida on alleged charges of Sexual Battery of a Child (3 counts), Attempted Sexual Battery with a Child, Sexual Activity with a Child, and Incest.


February 20, 2015 - Jacquay Howard was arrested this afternoon by members of the United States Marshals Service Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force in Houston, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the San Antonio Police Department, where it is alleged that Howard committed Capital Murder.


February 19, 2015 - United States Marshal Pete Elliott and Northeast Regional Adult Parole Director Todd Ishee announce the expansion of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force with the new Cold Case Unit. The Cold Case Unit will have dedicated and experienced full time investigative personnel utilizing all the assets of the U.S. Marshals Service and the Adult Parole Authority to assist our partners with tracking down those fugitives in the Northern District of Ohio who are alleged to be uncatchable.


February 18, 2015 - United States Marshal Robert W. Mathieson announces the capture of Lonnie Duncan and Stacey Zell. The pair was wanted by the Muskogee Sheriff’s Office for Failing to Appear on multiple drug related charges.


February 18, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals are again auctioning 50,000 bitcoins in connection with a civil forfeiture action against and the criminal conviction of Ross Ulbricht in federal court in the Southern District of New York.


February 13, 2015 - Roberto Franco Jr., was arrested this evening by members of the United States Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Moreno Valley Police Department Special Enforcement Team, where it is alleged that Franco committed Attempted Murder.


February 12, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service Vermont Violent Offender Task Force arrested a Vermont fugitive who was wanted for a multitude of charges, including Possession of Narcotics and a Probation Violation. Cindy Abbott was arrested in Barre, VT when located by members of the task force.


February 11, 2015 - The United States Marshals Puerto Rico Violent Offender Task Force is pleased to announce the arrest of Luis J. Carrasquillo-Lizardi. Carrasquillo-Lizardi was wanted on warrants issued by the Puerto Rico Police Department for double murder and charged with 1st Degree Murder among several other offenses. Carrasquillo-Lizardi was arrested without incident in New Bedford, MA.


February 11, 2015 - Yesterday afternoon, Fredrick Wayne McLucas Jr. was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and Durham Police Department. On February 10th, an arrest warrant was issued for McLucas Jr. for Murder by the Durham Police Department.


February 10, 2015 - Daniel Varnes was apprehended by members of the U.S. Marshals Service and West Virginia State Police in Huntington, West Virginia. Varnes, who was listed as one of Colorado’s Most Wanted Sex Offenders, is charged with five counts of Failure to Register as a Sexual Offender.


February 10, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Sophia Williams for Accessory After the Fact to First-Degree Murder. Deputy U.S. Marshals and members of the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force in the Middle District of Pennsylvania arrested Williams in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County.


February 09, 2015 - Edgar Lamar Scott was arrested by members of the United States Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Alamo Heights Police Department, where it is alleged that Scott committed Aggravated Robbery.


February 06, 2015 - Federal agents with the U.S. Marshals Service and Immigration and Customs Enforcement located and apprehended a cold case homicide suspect in Charlotte, NC. Eduardo Juarez Dominguez was taken into custody for allegedly committing Homicide in San Bernardino, California in 1998.


February 06, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Sergio Granados-Ruelas. The Pennsylvania State Police obtained an arrest warrant charging Granados-Ruelas with Rape, Burglary, Aggravated Indecent Assault, Unlawful Restraint and Sexual Assault. The Pennsylvania State Police requested the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force to locate and apprehend him.


February 06, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service Vermont Violent Offender Task Force arrested a Vermont fugitive who was wanted for Escape from Custody-Furlough, amongst other charges. Nina Keus was arrested by the task force with the assistance of the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force in New Ipswich, NH.


February 06, 2015 - Last evening, this week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Todd Burke was arrested in Fitchburg, Mass by members of the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force. Burke was being sought on a federal arrest warrant for Bail Violations. Burke is on bail for charges of Conspiracy to Distribute and Possess with Intent to Distribute Marijuana.


February 05, 2015 - U.S. Marshals arrested a Cedar Rapids man today wanted on charges related to burglary and trafficking stolen firearms. Brandon Robertson failed to appear for sentencing in October 2014. Following the incident, the U.S. Marshals Service Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force was requested to assist in the hunt for Robertson.


February 05, 2015 - Last evening, “Fugitive of the Week,” Carlos Perez, Jr. was arrested in Concord, NH. Perez was being sought on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for Supervised Release Violation. Perez was on supervised release after being convicted and sentenced for being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm.


February 04, 2015 - This morning, Javier Antonio Benitez-Fuentes was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the Greensboro Police Department. Benitez-Fuentes was wanted by the Greensboro Police Department for First Degree Sex Offense with a Child (two counts).


February 03, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Sharonda R. Walker, who was wanted for Aggravated Assault and other related offenses in Williamsport, PA.


February 03, 2015 - Members of the U.S. Marshals Western PA Fugitive Task Force captured the second suspect in a January 20, 2015 McKeesport, PA, homicide. Jonathan “B.J.” Coles was captured one week after his alleged accomplice Roman “Rome” Jones was arrested by Task Force officers in West Virginia. Coles and Jones were charged by the Allegheny County Police Department with Criminal Homicide, Criminal Attempt-Criminal Homicide, Aggravated Assault and Carrying a Firearm without a License.


January 30, 2015 - This morning, Joseph Adam Alexander was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force. On January 28, 2015, warrants were issued by the Chapel Hill Police Department charging Alexander with Discharging a Weapon into an Occupied Dwelling (eight counts).


January 30, 2015 - Michael Bracht, a resident of Dot Lake, who was wanted on outstanding state warrants after failing to return from a temporary release from custody, has been arrested by the U.S. Marshals Alaska Fugitive Task Force assisted by the Alaska State Troopers and the Fairbanks Police Department.


January 29, 2015 - United States Marshal Robert W. Mathieson announces the capture of Andre Anthony Williams. Williams was wanted by the Norfolk Police Department for Felony Abuse and Neglect of Children.


January 29, 2015 - Logan Anderson Swank was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, where it is alleged that Swank committed Homicide.


January 29, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Noren Cortez, who was wanted for multiple charges including: Rape of a Child, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Child, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Child (less than 16 years old).


January 28, 2015 - Peter Tobin, U.S. Marshal for the Southern District of Ohio, announced today that Thomas Gregory Thompson, and his assistant Alison Louise Antekeier were arrested by the United States Marshals Service, Southern District of Florida (Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force) on arrest warrants issued by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.


January 27, 2015 - Richard Francis Krebs was arrested in Omaha, NE on January 27, 2015. Krebs, who was wanted by the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office since January 22, 2015, is charged with two counts of Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child, and Lewd Fondling with a Child (under 14).


January 26, 2015 - A member of Northern Nevada’s U.S. Marshals fugitive task force, with assistance of the California Highway Patrol, arrested Mark Tyler Pierce this evening. Pierce was arrested without incident while traveling eastbound on highway 80 outside of Truckee, CA. He was taken into custody for an outstanding murder warrant originating from Hoke County, NC.


January 26, 2015 - U.S. Marshals tracked Matthew Lynn Brewster, formerly of Tucson, Arizona, to Saudi Arabia where he was detained and subsequently returned to the United States earlier today. In April 2014, the Pima County Sheriff's Office obtained a warrant for the arrest of Brewster, which charged him with multiple counts of Sexual Conduct with a Minor under the age of Fifteen.


January 26, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service in New Mexico, Task Force Officers assigned to the Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force, New Mexico State Police and Deputies with the Marshals Service in Arkansas and Missouri arrested Elisa Charlene Blair-Ward and returned her children to her estranged husband Friday evening. Blair-Ward is accused of kidnapping her two children from Taos after custody was granted to the children’s father.


January 26, 2015 - U.S. Marshal Steve Frank announces the arrest of Allegheny County Police homicide suspect Roman Jones. Jones was apprehended this afternoon by members of the United States Marshals Service Mountain State Fugitive Task Force in Shinnston, WV.


January 23, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service in Charlotte, along with members of Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Shawn Greer in Lincolnton, NC. Greer was wanted by the Norfolk, VA Police Department for Murder, Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony, along with Conspiracy to Commit a Felony.


January 23, 2015 - Paul Ray Bass was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force in Houston, Texas. Bass has been on the “Texas Top Ten Most Wanted Sex Offender” list since January 9, 2015.


January 23, 2015 - This morning, Chris Emmanuel Wiggins was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force. On October 17, 2014, warrants were issued by the Hillsborough Police Department charging Wiggins with Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury and Felony Conspiracy Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury after a shooting that occurred on October 11, 2014.


January 23, 2015 - Jonathan Prado was arrested this morning by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the San Antonio Police Department, where it is alleged that Prado committed Aggravated Robbery.


January 23, 2015 - Charles Leon Carr, whose last known address was in Austin, Texas, was deported to the United States last night from the Republic of Mexico. Carr, wanted by Texas and U.S. law enforcement agencies for several felony warrants arising from his flight from Austin was remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service in Houston pending his appearance before the U.S. District Court.


January 22, 2015 - After nearly a decade on the run, murder suspect Eduardo Estrada-Garcia is finally back on U.S. soil to face his charges. The U.S. Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team task force took custody of Estrada-Garcia after he was extradited from Mexico.


January 22, 2015 - Yesterday morning, Tyrone Stanback Jr. was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Durham Police Department. On January 16, 2015, warrants were obtained by the Durham Police Department for Stanback for Assault Serious Bodily Injury, First Degree Kidnapping, Assault by Strangulation, and several misdemeanor charges involving Misdemeanor Child Abuse, Assault with a Deadly Weapon Minor Present and Communicating Threats.


January 22, 2015 - Yesterday morning, Frankie Lamonte Pettiford was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Durham Police Department. On December 19, 2014, warrants were issued by the Durham Police Department for Pettiford for Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell and Deliver Heroin, Sell Heroin, and Deliver Heroin.


January 22, 2015 - This afternoon, Jeremiah Decaslo Obrien was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Winston-Salem Police Department SWAT Team. Obrien was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Felonious Assault with a Deadly Weapon on a Government Official.


January 22, 2015 - Tremain Vaughn Scott was arrested in Topeka, KS on January 21, 2015. Scott was wanted by the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office and by the Missouri Department of Corrections for a Parole Violation since August 2014.


January 21, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Darnell Stokes, who was wanted for Aggravated Assault and firearm-related offenses in Wilkes-Barre, PA.


January 21, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service is selling the Sunny Street Café franchised restaurant in Concord, Ohio. A minimum bid of $425,000 is required in the sealed bid process. Sealed bids will be accepted from qualified registered bidders until Feb. 20. The restaurant has been forfeited to the U.S. government in the federal court case involving John Struna and his defrauding of the Taupa Lithuanian Credit Union.


January 21, 2015 - The man accused of shooting a thirteen-year-old girl as she lay sleeping in Lebanon has been apprehended in Brentwood, Tennessee by U.S. Marshals and Brentwood Police. Joseph C. Hendry II was arrested at the Extended Stay America Hotel on Church Street.


January 20, 2015 - The U.S. Marshal Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating fugitive sex offender, Edgar Gordon. Gordon is required to register as a sex offender due to a 1994 conviction in Caribou County, Maine Superior Court for Gross Sexual Assault on a victim under the age of 18. Gordon is considered a Tier III sex offender and is required to register for life while living in NH. A Tier III offender is the highest level of sex offender and deemed the most likely to re-offend.


January 17, 2015 - 15 Most Wanted Capture - After only three months on the U.S. Marshals 15 Most Wanted fugitive list, suspected murderer Peter Castillo is now in custody after he was arrested on January 15th in the Dominican Republic. Castillo was wanted for allegedly shooting and killing 22-year-old military veteran Stephen Perez on May 10, 2012, following an altercation that occurred in the Boston Theater District.


January 16, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service Vermont Violent Offender Task Force (VVOTF) arrested a Vermont fugitive who was wanted for Aggravated Domestic Assault (1st Degree), amongst other charges. Derrick Morin was arrested in Benson, Vermont when confronted by members of the VVOTF.


January 16, 2015 - Clas Christian Nyback was arrested by investigators with the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Greensboro Police Department. Nyback was wanted out of Palm Beach County, Florida for Failure to Appear on 10 counts of Possess, Control, or Intentionally View Sexual Performance by a Child.


January 15, 2015 - Booker T. Gattis was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Durham Police Department. On December 19, 2014, warrants were issued for Gattis for charges including; Trafficking Opium or Heroin, and Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell and Deliver Heroin.


January 15, 2015 - United States Marshal Robert W. Mathieson announces the capture of Taquan Worsley and Jamar Gay. Worsley and Gay were wanted by Chesapeake Police Department in connection to a drive-by shooting that injured three people.


January 15, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of David Jackson for Criminal Homicide. Task force officers from the Middle District of Pennsylvania arrested Jackson without incident in Steelton, PA.


January 15, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals arrested an Indiana woman wanted on charges of Attempted Homicide. Danette Jones is a suspect in a 2014 attempted murder in Gary, IN. Gary Police Department Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Jones on December 08, 2014, and began working with the U.S. Marshals Service Great Lakes Regional Task force, in the hunt for multiple suspects.


January 15, 2015 - Yesterday afternoon, Justin Demond Hardy was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force. On December 30, 2014, warrants were issued by the Chapel Hill Police Department charging Hardy with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine (six counts) and Felony Possession of Cocaine (six counts).


January 14, 2015 - 15 Most Wanted Capture - U.S. marshals arrested career criminal and 15 Most Wanted fugitive Tam Minh Le on Tuesday evening at an Ashland, Virginia, motel. Philadelphia Police Department wanted Le for a brutal crime. On Aug. 27, 2014, he and his associates allegedly threw three men that were bound, beaten and stabbed in the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia, leaving them for dead. One of the victims miraculously survived the ordeal.


January 14, 2015 - The U.S. Marshal Service is proud to announce the arrest of Merrimack County fugitive, Robert Amos. Robert Leroy Amos was arrested in Selina, Kansas by members of the U.S. Marshals – Kansas Apprehension Task Force. Amos had been scheduled to appear for his arraignment on a Concord, NH Police Department case for two counts of Possession of Child Pornography.


January 12, 2015 - The United States Marshal Service in New Mexico, Task Force Officers assigned to the Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team, and Albuquerque Police Department Detectives arrested fugitive Alberto Martinez who is a suspect in the death of his brother.


January 12, 2015 - United States Marshal Robert W. Mathieson announces the capture of Randy Wright. Wright was wanted in Connecticut for Sexual Assault 1st Degree of a Minor, Sexual Assault 2nd Degree of a Minor, and Risk of Injury to a Child.


January 12, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service Vermont Violent Offender Task Force arrested a fugitive who was wanted for Escape. Haley Colburn, of White River Junction, Vermont, was arrested in Swanton, Vermont when confronted by members of the task force.


January 09, 2015 - Last night, the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Clifford Wittenburg at the Wind Jammer Apartments in Springfield Township, Ohio. Wittenburg was wanted by the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, in Michigan, for Sexual Assault of a Minor and had been wanted since September of 2013.


January 08, 2015 - Arturo Villalobos-Gomes was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Alamance County Sheriff’s Office. On December 9, 2014, the Caswell County Sheriff’s Office issued warrants for Gomes for First Degree Murder, Attempted First Degree Murder and Accessory After the Fact.


January 08, 2015 - Michael Nashae Kimbrough was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia on January 6, 2014. Kimbrough was profiled as a Pennsylvania State Police Ten Most Wanted Fugitive. Kimbrough was wanted by the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole pursuant to a parole violation arrest warrant for the original offenses of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm.


January 06, 2015 - U.S. Marshal Robert W. Mathieson announces the capture of Kevin Jermaine Walker. Walker was wanted by the Norfolk Police Department in connection with a shooting that occurred on December 24, 2014. Walker had outstanding warrants for both Malicious Wounding and Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony.


January 05, 2015 - The U.S. Marshal Service in New Mexico, would like to announce that the United States Marshals Service will post a reward for up to $10,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect who shot the Albuquerque Police Officer in the early morning hours of January 3, 2015.


January 05, 2015 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Kenneth E. Stoner, who was wanted by the West York Police Department for with Rape by Forcible Compulsion, and lesser included offenses.


January 05, 2015 - Recently, Concord, NH area residents have been contacted by a person from a fictitious agency that they refer to as the Federal Warrant Service. The caller identifies himself or herself as a high ranking officer and that the recipient of the call has a warrant for failing to appear for federal jury duty. The U.S. Marshals and U.S. District Court would like to assure the public that this is a SCAM!


January 04, 2015 - Ignacio Ruiz, was arrested yesterday by police officers in Piedras Negras, MX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, where it is alleged that Ruiz committed 1st Degree Murder.
