Case Overview
On 12/29/97 an arrest warrant was issued for
David CREAMER for violation of pre-trial release conditions. That
warrant was subsequently dismissed based on an 9th Circuit blanket
pre-trial warrant order. A new warrant was issued on 12/09/2004.
CREAMER’S original charges are money laundering, felon in possession of
firearms and distribution of child pornography. The original
investigation, conducted by U. S. Customs and ATF, alleged that CREAMER
made millions selling child pornography on compact disks. During the
original investigation more than 70 firearms and nearly 80,000 rounds of
ammo were seized from CREAMER.
On 1/11/2000 CREAMER was made a USMS Top 15 fugitive. Investigation to
date has revealed that CREAMER is likely armed, with at least a .38
caliber handgun in a shoulder holster. CREAMER has made statements to
the effect that he will not be taken alive. CREAMER should be considered
armed and dangerous.
CREAMER is a heavy smoker, prefers ‘English Oval’ type cigarettes,
especially Sherman Whites. He also has diabetes and as a result has poor
circulation. The poor circulation causes him difficulty when walking
sometimes. He has a noticeable scar on the back of his neck from the
removal of a large boil. The scar should be shaped like a plus sign. The
scar area bothers him and he tends to lean forward when driving so that
the scar does not rub against the head rest. He has a brown grapefruit
sized skin discoloration on his left side rib cage area. CREAMER rarely
wears long sleeve shirts and prefers ‘Mexican wedding shirts.’ He has
also been fond of wearing one piece mechanics style jump suits.
CREAMER is a diabetic and must take medication. He was last known to be
taking Glupizide (AKA Glucotrol) for his diabetes. He was also taking
Seldane, a prescription allergy medicine and Diclofenac Sodium, a
prescription pain killer. According to his former pharmacist CREAMER
must have the diabetes medicine to live. |
