(OCDETF) FUGITIVE ARREST IN ARKANSAS - Eight targeted Federal drug fugitives were arrested by members of Operation FALCON following a four year OCDETF (Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces) investigation.  See News Release

JOSE ALBERTO ARRESTED IN CALIFORNIA - A Mexican foreign fugitive, wanted for homicide in Mexico, was located and arrested by officers from Operation FALCON.  See News Release

MARCEL BALDWIN ARRESTED IN GEORGIA - On April 7, 2005, Marcel Baldwin, one of Atlanta’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives, was arrested by Operation FALCON members as he hid in the makeshift cellar of a home in Atlanta, Georgia.  See News Release

JOHN CALHOUN ARRESTED IN ALABAMA - On April 5, 2005, Florida child predator, John Calhoun, 66, was located and arrested in Tallassee, Alabama by members of Operation FALCON.  See News Release

INTERNATIONAL DRUG RING DISMANTLED - A large narcotics smuggling and money laundering organization was dealt a huge blow as leader, Sharwinn Lilly, and 18 other members of their organization were located and arrested by members of Operation FALCON.  See News Release

BONTAY DUNCAN ARRESTED IN TEXAS - South Dallas “Bloods” street gang member Bontay Duncan, 25, who was wanted by the Dallas Police Department for homicide and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, was arrested by members of Operation FALCON.  See News Release

D’ANDRE EVANS ARRESTED IN GEORGIA - Alleged killer receives a special surprise from Operation FALCON on his birthday. D’Andre Omar Evans, 24, aka “Lunatic,” was wanted for homicide by the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia.  See News Release

THREE ARRESTED DURING METHAMPHETAMINE LAB BUST IN GEORGIA - Operation FALCON team members, searching for a fugitive, busted up an active methamphetamine lab in Warner Robbins, Georgia.  See News Release

JEFFREY ROBERTSON ARRESTED IN TEXAS - On April 7, 2005, Jeffrey Robertson shot his son’s football coach in the chest with a .45 caliber pistol. Operation FALCON team members, along with other law enforcement officers, located and arrested Robertson.  See News Release

ALONZO FORD ARRESTED IN FLORIDA - On April 6, 2005, Florida child molester, Alonzo Ford, was swooped up in Alabama by members of Operation FALCON. Ford had been wanted by the Leon County, Florida Sheriff’s Office after having been charged with sexual battery of a child.  See News Release

CRISTINA MARTINEZ-FRUCTUOSO ARRESTED IN TEXAS - In search of a fugitive, Operation FALCON team members entered a trailer in Laredo, Texas.  Team members found five illegal immigrants living in the trailer and seized weapons, drugs and cash.  See News Release

OPERATION FALCON SEIZES WEAPONS CACHE IN THE BRONX - Operation FALCON team members developed information that convicted felon, Christopher Gray was stockpiling weapons within his residence. Team members responded to the residence and interviewed Gray. After noticing several weapons in plain view, team members conducted a search of the residence and seized several items.  See News Release

FREDERICK JACKSON  ARRESTED IN OREGON - In July of 2004, Frederick Jackson was indicted in Multnomah County, Oregon for seventeen counts of sodomy and sexual abuse of multiple victims under the age of 14. Once Jackson's location was confirmed, team members made the arrest.  See News Release

CHRISTOPHER JACKSON ARRESTED IN FLORIDA - Sexual Assault suspect, Christopher Jackson, is apprehended by Operation FALCON team members and local police, hiding in a shed about a block from an elementary school.  See News Release

EDDIE KELLY ARRESTED IN TEXAS - Kelly, who has been arrested twice in the past for homicide, was wanted by the Dallas PD for a third homicide he was alleged to have committed on February 13, 2005.  Kelly was located and arrested by the Operation FALCON team in Dallas.  See News Release

MICHAEL LEAHY ARRESTED IN LONDON - Leahy was wanted by the Tazewell County, Illinois Sheriff’s Office for unlawful use of weapons, attempted child abduction, and resisting a police officer.  Teams tracked Leahy to Ireland and then to London. A Provisional Arrest Warrant was issued, and Leahy was arrested in London on April 08, 2005.  See News Release

SEBASTIAN OBANDO ARRESTED IN CALIFORNIA - In November 1997, Obando and two of his relatives kidnapped and executed a victim after a failed attempt to force him to sign over ownership of his land.  Following surveillance, Operation FALCON members identified Obando in South Gate, California and on April 7, 2005, took him into custody.  See News Release

STEPHEN SAGE ARRESTED IN NEVADA - On April 8, 2005, Stephen Craig Sage, 31, wanted by the North Las Vegas Police Department for trafficking a controlled substance, was arrested by members of Operation FALCON at his mother’s residence in Las Vegas, Nevada. See News Release

STEVEN ANTHONY TEEL ARRESTED IN OHIO - Chronic assault perpetrator, who vowed that he would not return to prison and would not be taken alive, was arrested by members of Operation FALCON and will return to prison.  See News Release

MARCO ULLOA ARRESTED IN FLORIDA - Ulloa, a major drug trafficker, was a target of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force investigation into the Soto drug trafficking organization.  A possible location was discovered in Ft. Myers, Florida and an investigative lead was sent to FALCON team members in Ft. Myers. Team members immediately responded and arrested Ulloa.  See News Release

MAURICE VOLLEY ARRESTED IN VIRGINIA - Volley, a Henrico County, Virginia Police Department Ten Most Wanted fugitive, was wanted or his involvement in the 2001 abduction, kidnapping and execution-style murder of a male victim. On April 8, 2005, FALCON team members arrested Volley at a residence in Richmond.   See News Release
