HOMICIDE TEXAS
South Dallas “Bloods” street gang member Bontay
Duncan, 25, who was wanted since June 2004 by the Dallas Police Department
for homicide and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, was arrested by
members of Operation FALCON. Duncan and an associate allegedly shot two
rival gang members as they sat in their car. One of the victims died from
his wounds and the other was seriously injured. FALCON members, following an
anonymous tip, observed Duncan standing at a street corner in West Dallas
and arrested him without incident. Pursuant to searching for Duncan, FALCON
members recovered two handguns and a quantity of cash. |
