Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF)
FUGITIVE ARREST IN ARKANSAS

Eight targeted Federal drug fugitives were arrested by members of Operation FALCON following a four year OCEDTF (Organized Crime Enforcement and Drug Task Force) investigation. The OCEDTF investigation, led by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), targeted the Larry Bollinger narcotics organization that was alleged to be importing and distributing marijuana from Mexico and methamphetamine from California.

On April 7, 2005, Operation FALCON members located and arrested Larry Bollinger, 39, and seven of his criminal associates in Logan County, Arkansas. Seized in the arrest were two firearms, a truck, two boats, a tractor, two trailers, one vehicle, a 160 acre estate, and $11,000.00 dollars in cash. In addition to these items, an active methamphetamine lab and $500.00 dollars worth of the drug were seized from Bollinger’s home.
