What is Covered by Federal EEO Laws
A United States Marshals Service (USMS) employee or applicant for
employment may file an EEO complaint if the employee or applicant
believes he/she was discriminated against based on one or more of these
factors:
- RACE
- COLOR
- SEX (Including Sexual Harassment)
- RELIGION
- NATIONAL ORIGIN
- AGE (40 years or older)
- DISABILITY (Physical or Mental)
- REPRISAL (For EEO activity)
- SEXUAL ORIENTATION
- PARENTAL STATUS
