09, 2009 – Following a five-year tradition of success in its
national efforts, the U.S. Marshals Service locally conducted another
successful Operation Falcon. Led by the U.S. Marshals, with the
assistance of several state and local police agencies, Operation Falcon
2009 netted 739 warrants closed within the Southern District of West
Virginia. Of the 739 closures, 81 were for sex related crimes, 210 were
for drug offenses and 19 were for weapons. |
