District News: April 17, 2013 - Rashad Akeem Williams, a major fugitive wanted on two counts of Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder on Police Officers and numerous Armed Robbery warrants, was arrested by the Charleston Police Department, U.S. Marshals, and members of the Metropolitan Drug Enforcement Network Team on the west side of Charleston.
