U.S. Marshals from Roanoke, assisted by units of the Henry Co.
Sheriff’s Office and the Virginia State Police Tactical Team
executed a search warrant at a mobile home in rural Henry Co.
attempting to locate fugitive Steven Ray Bishop of Bassett,
Virginia. Bishop was wanted by the Virginia State Police for Failure
to Register as a Sex Offender and by the Patrick Co. Sheriff’s
Office for Failure to Appear on Drug Distribution Charges.
Domoneik Antwan Washington was arrested today by a coalition of law
enforcement officials in Charleston and Virginia alike. Washington
is charged by the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office with one count
of murder and two counts of attempted murder. Washington is charged
with having shot several individuals, who were alleged to have been
in a rival gang, at a Folly Road gas station in March, where one
victim perished as a result of the shooting.

fugitive from Maryland wanted for Prison Escape, Personal
Recognizance Bail Violation for one kilo or more of Phencyclidine
and five grams or more of Cocaine and the Unlawful Flight to Avoid
Prosecution was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Capital Area Regional
Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF-Roanoke). Deandre Kelly was wanted
for the First Degree Escape from gunpoint at the Garrett County
Detention Center in Maryland and the Marshals Service
