Arrest of Monica and Timothy Holland
 On
October 2nd and October 3rd , 2007 members of
the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force arrested a former husband and wife
for Sexual Assault of a Child. Both Monica Holland and her
ex-husband Timothy Holland were wanted by the Waco Police Dept. for
a sexual assault of a child which occurred in 2005. At that time,
both the Holland’s befriended a minor female to whom they were
attracted. They then proceeded to incapacitate and sexually assault
her multiple times. An investigation was open in 2005 but it was
not until recently that new evidence was brought forth which
undoubtedly showed the Hollands as the perpetrators of this heinous
crime.Timothy Holland was
arrested without incident while working as a car salesman in San
Antonio, TX and Monica was arrested at her residence in the Waco
area. Both are being held without bond. |
